Room clean and beds comfortable

Pros: The front desk staff, beds and cleanliness of the room.
Cons: Trash along the hallways on the 3rd and 4th levels. Elevators sound like they are about to break.
Location: Easy access to the 101, airport, Fishermans' Wharf, Half Moon Bay, Muir Woods,
I stay at a lot of hotels and compared to my previous experiences, our room was clean and the beds comfortable with easy access to the highway and airport. The hotel front staff were very friendly. I booked the hotel in a hurry as we changed plans quickly and decided to go to San Francisco. I am used to a pool, hot tub and a complimentary breakfast. This hotel doesn't provide any of those. The cost of parking per day is $10.95; $9.95 to park and $1.00 for tax. The elevators need some "WD40" and a Craftman wrench. Our A/C wouldn't go below 77 but they accomodated us and moved us to a much more comfortable room. Overall for the money and comparing to other hotels in the area, this is a good deal.

Close to San Francisco airport.

This hotel was near the airport. The bed was comfortable but I was disappointed about the lack of cleanliness details in my room as well as some maintenance issues. I would've preferred to stay somewhere else.

Aging airport hotel

The room itself was clean and acceptable. However, the shower controls were old and did not work properly. Parking was terrible, due to the presence of a popular chain restaurant/bar on site. Hôtel guests pay $10 per day to park, but often there are no spaces available. The worst thing, though, was that after a day away from my room, I returned late in the evening to find my door open. The closure mechanism didn't work and housekeeping staff failed to pull the door shut after they cleaned the room.

San Fran trip 2015

Pros: Hotel staff treated me very well
Location: Location was good for those that need a place close to the airport. Hotel offers a shuttle to and from the airport which was convenient
Hotel offers restaurant /bar that is convenient with lots of TVs. Staff was very friendly. Room was kept clean every day. Cleaning staff was extremely helpful.

Pretty far from downtown, fishermas wharf or golden gate. Had to pay 10 dolar extra per night per parking.

Disappointing

Condition of the room is poor. Bathroom is very outdated and tiny. They turn off the AC at night to conserve energy. I was told it was on a timer. The room became very stuffy and hot during the night and I had to literally leave the room at 5AM to get fresh air. I brought it to their attention the first night and it happened again the next night I was there.

Complimentary shuttle is rarely on time. They claim to run every 10 and 40 minutes after the hour, but frequently found myself waiting well beyond the time frames given and had to call - then someone would show about 10 minutes later. The time it takes to get to the hotel. Broken ice machine on floor- said they would come fix, but didn't over 3 days. Unfriendly staff didn't bother to ask me how my stay was upon checkout.

Great hotel, but no so clean

The hotel it self was ok not bad, but there was a couple of issues on my stay. 1- the room had no bar soap, I had to call the service to get some. 2-the bed sheets they did not looked fresh, there was hairs. I was very disappointed with this hotel since other times at this hotel at other locations it was excellent. 3-there was an extra charge for parking? This is a first for me
