"A good place to stay in Santa Ana"
The hotel was excellent. But, it is difficult to get in or out of this hotel during the time people are going or coming out of work. The road should be 4 lanes instead of two. Other than that it is perfect.

"An Americans experience at The Casa 69"
Just finished a 6 night stay at Casa 69 and wanted to share my experiences. Overall I had a wonderful time and will come back. From the outside the CASA 69 looks like a Speakeasy. Once inside it becomes a warm, well decorated Hotel with a nice staff and great prices. I think I was upgraded from the Jr. room to the standard room because I stayed 6 nights. For the extra $5 the upgrade is worth it as the Jr. rooms are a tad small for Americans for an extended stay. The bed was very nice and all the rooms looked like they were clean and well decorated. Ants: You are in CR and they have ants. They don't complain about you, you shouldn't complain about them :) I did see a few ant's but that's what happens when you live with the windows open. The free breakfast was a 'Tropical" Continental and the addition of two eggs and bacon or pancakes for $5 was a deal. I just drank the tap water, it is as good as any bottled water here in the USA. For Americans traveling for the first time in Central America the amount of razor wire will shock you. The reality in CR is the Police cannot help you in most burglaries. Instead of insurance most Costa Ricans will make the outsides of their houses a fort, and when you get inside they become little paradises. It does take a while to adjust to this visual. I have a friend that lives nearby and he assures me the area the hotel is in is safe.

"True Hospitality"
This was my first time visiting Costa Rica, so I wanted to experience the culture of the city. The resort is a beautiful private home converted into a hotel. The staff is very attentive to your needs and gives you the personalized experience you just cant get at a large resort. There is even a restaurant onsite with a private chef. If you want to venture out there are restaurants just a few minutes from the resort and convenient to the bus line. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Costa Rica.

"Perfect location to get to airport"
We stayed here the night before we flew out. The place was really nice and perfect distance to the airport while being far enough away from the craziness downtown. Super safe. We walked to food and walked back in the dark and felt fine. REALLY wish the jets in the tub worked though :(
