This is the best hotel if you plan to have guests

Posted May 5, 2015
Pros: It's close to the gringo gulch action and it's safe and secure.
Cons: Details like enough light in the bedroom, soap dishes that don't tip and spill your soap, shelves in the bathroom are lacking.
Location: Del Rey Key Largo Sportsman's Lodge Mona Lisa
Of the other hotels near the "gringo gulch" this is by far the best one. Why? It's closest to Key Largo and Blue Marlin bars - except for the Del Rey hotel which itself is the noisiest hotel around. The Morazan is secure - I've never had anything stolen there in over 20 years. The Morazan has room safes. The Morazan has the "World's Best Bell Boy", "Ricky" Ricardo who will help you with anything you need The Morazan has the world's nicest /most beautiful receptionist during the daytime The Morazan has no "guest" fee The Morazan has a really great breakfast included (used to be not so good, now it's very good!)

Not much to say!

Posted Apr 23, 2015
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Location: Walking to stores and restaurants.
Musty smelling old room , small like a cheap road side motel, toilet clogged on first use and frankly I stayed one hour and left for another hotel.

Personal trip to Costa Rica

Posted Mar 12, 2015
Pros: Everything was great about my stay and the hotel.
Cons: Everything was great but could use in each room, a Refrigerator and a Microwave. For the safe in the rooms, would like to see a combination lock.
This was my first experience to Central America and Costa Rica. I will definitely be coming back next year again and would stay at this hotel again.

Close to entertainment

This place is for single men! Do not bring your girlfriend or wife. It's a room in an older dated hotel, they try to keep it nice. It is what it is.

Nice Hotel next to Key Largo!

Posted Feb 4, 2015
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
It's where you want to be if you like the night life! The place is full of gringos that will tell you the in and outs of the country if it's your first time! Very safe hotel and the staff is wonderful!

Good Place

Posted Jan 24, 2015
Pros: Clean rooms and very kind staff.
Cons: Airport shuttle service
Location: Up the block for Parque Morazán. Nice park to sit and people watch. Safe area at night. Within walking distance to great shopping, museums, food.
The locals say this is one of the best hotels in the center of town. I agree. Large rooms, very comfortable bed. Good tv but no English channels...Not problem if one speak's Spanish. Liked having a typical American breakfast included. Staff was very helpful and speak English. Casino on main floor FULL of CHINESE. FYI; Not a family hotel. Easy walk to sites and shopping.
