“Excellent”

Excellent location, pretty nice place with great service. The rooms furniture is quite old but in perfect condition. The weather will always be cold in that place, so make sure to carry a jacket. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna were great and very clean. The breakfast was delicious and more than enough. Fully recommended.

“Great Hotel!!!On Top of the Hill”

This is a great Hotel to use as a "Homebase" When you are touring Costa Rica. It is very relaxing to stay at a real 4 or 5 star hotel.

“Out of the way paradise”

Hotel la Condesa was fantastic! The front desk staff was extremely helpful in arranging tours for us and the service staff was friendly. The hotel is about 25 minutes from San Jose but the mountain location and the hotel grounds our beautiful.

Great hotel, everyone was extremely helpful with everything we needed. The location is a bit out of the way so it was difficult to do things off property.

This is a very nice hotel. People are always willing to help you, and they are extremely kind. The weather in this place is awesome. Great food!!

“Very nice”

It was very great. To be honest it was more than I expected. The room we stayed in was huge, which was almost overwhelming, but I wouldn't say it was a bad thing.. hehe. The people were super nice and the room service man was so sweet. One con: The hot tub was scalding hot... might wanna stick a finger in there before jumping right in. Not kidding - you could have cooked something in it (they fixed it the next day).

The restaurant has a somewhat limited menu, however, the food was very good. The restaurant, also, closes at 10 P.M. I enjoyed my stay at La Condesa and would defintely stay there again.

“If they change beds will go back”

I think it is a nice hotel and the service is very good, it just needs to be up kept.
