Very charming small hotel 2 miles from the CenterPosted Oct 5, 2014
Pros: Everything, staff, garden, location, rooms, bathrooms, just everything.
Cons: Reception needs to be able to open the main gate electrically from their desk (especially when on the phone) and not keep guests waiting outside.
Location: The University is close by, there are some Shops and Restaurants ,but most people go into the center.
Very friendly staff, cozy dining room, good food and the easy access to the hotel make a stay here pleasant. Good value for money.

Close to University and San Pedro MallPosted Aug 26, 2014 on Hotels.com
This is a Basic French Design that is nicely done. The front desk clerks were very helpful and Eric on the dinning staff has great qualities, the housekeeping staff are very conscientious of their duties. BE VERY CAREFUL when WALKING in the area day or night and of ordering ROOM-SERVICE from the Dinning Menu.In the two weeks I stayed there one other guest was assaulted at gunpoint at mid-day a block from the hotel. Another guest ordered a rice and chicken plate and received a bowel of rice and 2 tinny pieces of chicken after he appealed the owner said he must pay full price. CAVEAT EMPTOR!

The hotel is beautiful. The staff was great. The food was very good. But don't venture west of the hotel, I was assaulted by an armed bandit trying to get my phone. East is good. Suggest using taxi.

Great food!Posted Aug 14, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel grounds are beautiful and the room was average, but the food at the hotel's restaurant was amazing! The best Gallo Pinto I've ever had!
