“Good Home-Base”

This hotel was clean & comfortable, a good home-base for exploring San Jose. Secured parking lot was nice and the complimentary breakfast was good. We'd stay again.

“Great Stay”

Booked into this hotel after taking a nasty fall at another hotel in the area and a definite difference with the staff and quality of the hotel. Disadvantage of the property was the location, it was not safe to walk outside the property at night. Second, was the property had some updating going on with the 3rd floor and the real discomfort was only the drop clothes you need to walk over when taking the stairs. Staff was great and the quality of the suite was good if I planned to return to the San Jose area I would stay again. The best unknown restaurant rate by reviews as #1 was the Park Cafe a few blocks in the area, web page gives an idea of the quality of the food and setting.

“Great Hotel if you have business close to Sabana Park”

Great Hotel close to Sabana Park. close to 2 restaurants and Business clients in the area. No gym, and restaurant closes early, but overall ok.

“Would go back”

The receptionist was friendly and courteous! We didn't have anyone helping us with our luggage though ....breakfast was simple but nice, could vary the menu to offer other fruits. With such nice weather, it would be wonderful to enjoy the different varieties! :) Hotel located in a great area where there was easy access to public transportation and taxis.

Pleasant, attentive help, great breakfast, clean rooms and good bathrooms with hair dryers and irons

The parque is nice, the streets very difficult to cross, sidewalks in very poor condition- area safe and convienent daytime, nights are not safe

“Fine for one night.”

This was the smallest room I have even stayed in. It was basically the size of my closet. This place is fine for one night, would not recommend it for more nights. I am not sure about what is around there, because we checked in at night and checked out in the morning. If you are looking to stay somewhere before you head north, I would recommend staying by the airport.

“Simple, yet convenienet”

I needed a place to sleep overnight for a meeting in the morning. This was the next place available since the hotel I usually stay at was completely booked due to the election. Considering people were partying all night long, I did not hear anything and that is coming from a very light sleeper. Guest services were very nice but this is not a luxurious hotel.
