“Beautiful Hotel”

I recommend viewing your room first. The first Non-Smoking room we were given was clearly not a Non smoking room, the hallway of the smoking section smelt better. After speaking with the front counter we were quickly given a new room on the other side of the hotel and it was much better. We enjoyed our stay and had no further problems. We will return when we go back to the area.

“Fabulous bargain, great location”

I was pleasantly surprised to pay so little for a hotel and find it exceeded my expectations. I thought I'd just NOT be a princess for 2 nites but the room was large, quiet, with a king bed and a jacuzzi and the staff was nice. All the other people in my photography class were jealous--they spent a lot more money per night and their rooms weren't any better. And I got a free breakfast AND dinner to boot! Can't beat this bargain.

“A nice surprise”

The price was good for the level of service and condition of the room. The room was clean and everything was working and in place. Breakfast was pretty good but dinner was lacking. Parking was easy and secure. We enjoyed our stay and it was close to the HP Pavilion and lots of great restaurants.

The handicap room was comfortable and laid out well. The maid service was good. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

We came to stay here around Valentine's Day and discovered a nice, simple comfortable room... including a small jetted hot tub! The room was more than decent for such an affordable rate through Expedia.com!

“Great location! Great hotel!”

We booked our room at the Arena Hotel for a weekend which included a concert at San Jose State. The hotel's location made it very easy to get to our concert. It is so close to HP Pavilion, too, when the time comes that we want to attend an event there. We had never stayed at the Arena before and were so happy to see a nice big room with a microwave, refrigerator, sink and stovetop! The room rate was so reasonable and it included a full breakfast (not just a sweet roll, juice and coffee). We had a really great weekend using the hotel as our base. We took some drives around the area and also did some shopping. We wouldn't hesitate to go back to the Arena again, in fact, we look forward to it.

We enjoyed our stay at the Arena Hotel. The room was large, clean, bed was comfortable, parking no problem, many extras with the room (breakfast and on Mon-Thurs dinner was included),microwave, paper dishes,etc), the staff was helpful, and the location was great. We will be staying again at this hotel.
