Pros: Good location near Whole Foods and good coffee shops.
Cons: Cleanliness.
We felt that the staff wasn't all that helpful when we arrived too early for check in. In fact, the woman at the counter was somewhat rude. We did get checked in early. The room smelled and the bathroom smelled of mildew. We were in a non-smoking room. The room next to us was as well, but they were smoking and we smelled it through the bathroom vent. That was gross. There was a splatter stain all around the sink that looked like some sort of oil?

Oldy moldy

Posted Jun 26, 2015
This place is very old, outdated, and rundown, if you are just looking to get into a place late and leave very early because you have to go to the airport like we did ,would be the only reason to stay there, but next time this will not be the place for us .

A comfortable Hotel for Business Travel or Leisure

Posted Jun 22, 2015
Pros: Room size, breakfast, plenty of parking.
Cons: Nothing to note.
Location: Centrally located with easy access to most parts of the city. Some great restaurants within a couple blocks walking distance.
I have always enjoyed the location of the hotel, as well as their larger than average room sizes. The updated décor in the rooms is comfortable, and the provision of refrigerator and microwave including some plates and bowls (disposable) is great for extended stays. The hot breakfast in the morning is a convenient way to start the day.

駅に近い

Posted Jun 17, 2015
Pros:

Close to the Arena

Posted Jun 2, 2015
Cons: I would suggest getting a waffle maker in the breakfast buffet.
Location: This is the nearest location to the Arena. We really like the Whole Foods down the block and there are many restaurants nearby.
The staff was very professional and nice. The check-in procedure was fast and easy. We like staying at the Arena Hotel because it was within walking distance to the Arena. We didn't have to drive and park our car again. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Love their breakfast buffet...delicious scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, pancakes, fruit salad, and coffee. They also offer French toast, cereal, oatmeal, toast, muffins, and juice. We also like the free parking and WiFi.

close to SAP Center

Posted May 29, 2015
Pros: Close to SAP Center
Cons: Room and hallway could stand new carpeting, rather smelly!
Hotel was within walking distance to SAP Center for concert. Was not as clean as I had expected. When we arrived and checked in went to our rooms, they were not ready, had to wait for maid to finish cleaning.

Amazing hotel

Staying at the arena hotel was a nice change of pace from any traditional hotel. It is right near CVS and Whole Foods in case you're in need of any food or items.

Arena Hotel was alright

Posted May 26, 2015
The hotel was not to bad, the only things my friends and I hated was the beds. The bed was not comfy and the pillows were also overly stuffed. But besides that it was not to bad, just a 20 minute walk to the convention center. Overall it was a good stay
