“Great hotel”

Very nice hotel, has huge amount of space and very nice staff. Love that it's pet friendly. Nice rooms with huge bathroom and nice linens. Clean and fresh. Updated and great location too.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, room was extremely clean, bed was comfortable, location of hotel was conveniently close to freeway and restaurants and also in safe neighborhood.

Nice hotel. The front desk was very nice and accomodating. The room was spacious and worth the price paid. The room was clean and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. I also like that it had a large flat screen, breakfast and a nice private balcony.

“Convenient location, good value”

This hotel is conveniently located to businesses in Milpitas with many restaurants nearby. The rooms are very clean (the carpets are in need of replacement though). Plan on having your breakfast elsewhere though, if you are not an early bird, as there are not enough bagels and danish for all.

“Beautiful hidden resort in Silicon Valley”

We stayed at the Best Western Brookside Inn while attending a Business conference there at the hotel. The rooms were decorated with attention to detail and comfort. From the pillow-top beds to the Mahagony furniture, it was a very luxurious stay. We didn't have to worry about any hidden charges for internet access and local phone calls because it was all free. The fitness room has all the latest equipment as well as a steam bath and dry sauna. It was a great way to start off the day before heading off to the breakfast bar, which is also included at no extra charge. The staff was extremely courteous as well as helpful in driving instructions to local points of interest. Even though our stay at The Brookside Inn was business, they sure know how to make you feel like you're on vacation. It was an exceptional value and we will definitely return.

This hotel is a little hard to find but worth it. My room was a corner room and was very spacious.

I liked the convenience of the hotel being near the freeway. My room was great. Nice soft bed and modern furnishings made it a very nice stay. I would definitely stay here again.
