“Not as good as the pictures suggested”

Not sure if there was mold but definitely felt stuffy and eyes watered.

“It was a place to stay”

Nothing particularly outstanding about this hotel. Room was clean and bed was comfortable and that's all we needed. We had a king bed and room seemed a little small. There was a McDonald's across the street, but needed a car to get to other eating establishments. Did not go to lobby for continental breakfast.

“Wasn't told whole neighborhood was on lockdown for shooting spree”

I checked in the day of a shooting spree in the area and was not informed of this, despite the killer still being armed and on the run in our neighborhood. I found local businesses to be closed and/or on lockdown. Why did this hotel not inform me when I checked in about the security risk?

None! It was all on lockdown! Felt extremely unsafe for duration of my trip once I found out why everything was on lockdown.

“Pleasantly Surprised!”

What a nice surprise! Hotel was really nice. The room was well appointed with microwave, fridge, flat screen, dvd player. Very clean! Huge comfy bed with nice linens. We liked it! We were there for a benefit concert at the Shorline. Hotel was only about 4 miles away. Great hot breakfast in the morning and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful! We will be back!

“Good Bargain”

“Convenient, clean, friendly nice hotel”

We were very pleased with our stay. Parking was convenient. The hotel room was clean, the breakfast was wonderful, the people were friendly and helpful. Would stay there again and recommend it to friends. Thanks for a nice stay. Comment: Would like to have a light over coffee pot.

“Clean and comfortable”

I was very happy with my stay at this hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean and inviting. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Is hotel is about a 10 minute drive from Shoreline Amphitheater. Easy on and off Hwy 101.

“Excellent customer serivce”

After leaving the hotel for my meeting, I realized that I had left an article of clothing in the closet. I immeadiately called the hotel to inform them of what I had done, and that I wouldn't be able to get back to the hotel until later that evening. I was told they would have it for me at the front desk. They provided me piece of mind, knowing the situation was taken care of and that I was an important customer. I did return to the hotel and recovered my suit jacket from the front desk with complete courtesy from the attending clerk. I will gladly stay here again!

Great location in Sunnyvale. Near shopping and restaurants. Close to Mountain View too.

“Clean and recently updated, but...”

Hotel has a few different buildings and we weren't attached to the lobby at all. Other than that, a nice hotel- as Best Westerns go. Convenient location for us, as relatives were right around the corner. Decent breakfast but the lobby/breakfast area is small. Clean and recently updated.
