Good for work

Posted Nov 12, 2014
Seems a lot of guests were working in the area, like I was. Noise level nice and low. Parking very iffy. Stray cats actually very cute and friendly. Staff very nice and helpful to me. Rooms seemed cleaner than motel 6, even though.furniture is obviously older. I would stay again.

Great place to sleep off a concert

The desk staff was excellent and very helpful in procuring a cab and printing my concert tickets for me. Convenient cab ride to the SAP center and a kick butt sushi restaurant across the street to pre-game at.

You get what you pay!

Pros: drive in and out, similar to motel, fast in and out type of rooms
Cons: rooms were not prepared for occupancy, missing towels etc
Location: monorail and restaurants
Before leaving for my trip I had made reservation for shuttle service which I received, but returning from my trip, no shuttle service, driver called in sick, had to call taxi to the hotel, towels were missing in the rooms, called for replacement towels, had to wait 3 hrs before receiving any towels. Also returning from my trip there were only one set of towels in the room.

Challenging location; very noisy patrons.

Posted Oct 18, 2014
Pros: price
Cons: service, noise level
Location: good Chinese restaurant neaby
There were shady characters hanging around the place night & day. It was very loud at night and the hotel staff did not cooperate with my issues, especially printing of a document. They sent me to an adjacent hotel that did not have an agreement with them.r

When I got to the hotel I was told that my room rate did not cover leaving my car for several nights nor did it cover the shuttle to and from the airport. Right after I made my reservation online I called the hotel directly and was told that my reservation covered everything. I ended up paying $50 more for everything. The room had rocks and dirt on the AC unit in the room. I would not recommend this hotel.

front desk people very accomodating. room was okay, but the water line in my room was full of air, and when i took a shower in the morning, i woke a few people up with the noise, so i turned the water off, and just got dressed. Not too happy about that, so i told the front desk, and i am waiting for the manager to call me back.ok place to stay.

I was most unhappy about not being able to cancel the third night of my stay on the day I arrived.
