“Not Many Options”

The options are limited in Fremont and this hotel is one of the few. It is old and needs updating desperately. On the plus side the beds are comfortable considering how old they are, they use a duvet that is cleaned with each new guest, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. On the down side, it is not close to ANYTHING and everything is just old and outdated.

“"good place to stay after hard work"”

I have meeting with some partner in Fremont, so I choose this hotel. It is clean and quite though it is closer to highway. Front dest tried to give me quite room, so I enjoyed my rest well. Only one reason for a little difficulties is not to find some shop nearby this hotel, but it is not hotel's fault, I think. I will stay again if I go to visit Fremont later. Thanks!

“Outstanding hotel experience!”

Extremely positive experience. Overall facility far exceeded expectation. A bit disappointed in the pillows, but that is an easy fix. Slightly disappointed in breakfast for the price, but we had the option of eating elsewhere if we chose. Our overall experience was exceedingly positive!

“Nice location, Poor service”

Area recommendations

Marriott Fremont-much better service -Front desk, Houkse keeping, as well as restaurant. I know the levels of the 2 hotels are different, but the people at the Marriott have been there for a long time, know their clients and help you. At the Courtyard, people keep changing and they seem to hire lousy people. Bottom line, regardless of the level, teh quality of the people working in the hotel make a big difference.

“Good place to stay”

My trip was being sponsored so I didn't really consider price, just location. This Hotel was easily accessed from the San Jose Airport. It was quite. The king size bed was very comfortable. The AC was not noisy (running at night). Nice flat screen. I really wasn't at the hotel long enough to have any other impression. I imagine I would consider staying there again.

“Price/location/comfort.”

Staff were curtious and attentive to my needs. Hotel was clean and quiet. Would recommend to anyone.

Area recommendations

San Jose really has many sites to see, good restaruants, and museums. The Christams in the Park downtown during November/December is highly recommended especially if you have young children.
