It’s ok and the rooms are quite old. It’s not updated and I didn’t feel very safe because it seemed like someone went into my room during the day when I was in the office! There was a do not disturb sign put outside my door and I found hair that’s not mine on the bathtub… I immediately asked for a room change and I didn’t sleep well for the rest of my time there! I’d recommend staying at a nicer place than this if traveling for business. There’s also no free breakfast but only a store to buy expensive breakfast….

Overall stay was short & sweet. The bed was very comfortable! The only thing I can complain about was the bar/restaurant not being open and not being informed of that at check-in. The website lists a bar & restaurant onsite. The other issue was the elevator. Only one elevator was operating and it took forever, very slow. Hopefully those things are addressed but they didn't affect my stay adversely.

Everything about this property is good. Except no free breakfasts for the price. It would be nice if there is a free breakfast and free coffee/tea on the lounge area. You have a coffee machine in you room. But still if you’re doing something on the lobby it would be nice to have a coffee or tea for an easy access.

Decent stay for a 3-star hotel. However don’t expect any basics to be provided, such as toothbrush, slippers, or even umbrella. They don’t provide any international adaptors nor bottled water. Food served at the cafe is pricey for its portion. Location is good though, you can just walk out to get groceries and meals.

Conditions are total different from traditional Courtyard. Dirty floors and malfunctioning refrigerators. Dirty furniture. Worse than most hotels I have stayed.

The property is run down in a variety of areas. The workout room has equipment that is missing key components making it unuseable. The jacuzzi was broken the entire week I was there. I reported a faulty window AC unit which flooded the carpet in my room with condensate, as well as a plugged sink drain. Neither was adressed in the remaining 2 days I spent there. Won't be back.

The front desk workers were wonderful but our room had an ant infestation. They were absolutely everywhere and when it was brought to the attention of the staff, all they said was “I’m sorry”

Avoid staying on second floor rooms. Very noisy especially the rooms above hotem trash bins. Very thin curtains you can see-through which is an issue since bright street lights glow right in to the room. Room was clean but rest of the hotel not so much.

Nice touch
We were very happy with our stay. One of the cleanest hotels I have been in a while. I loved the motion detector lights near the bathroom. And the noise machine.

We stay here quite often. It seems to need some remodeling. The hallways smelled like smoke. The bathroom had a handle in the shower falling off. I love the location, but the quality is going down.

Hotel was fine, bed comfort and pools weren’t
We stayed a week visiting our son and his family. Hotel was good, a bit dated, but we weren’t thrilled with the comfort of the beds and pillows. The mattress kept sliding to one side and we would have to readjust it every day. Also the pool and hot tub weren’t very clean. We used it a few times and found a used large bandage and face masks. Although the room was taken care of well every day, the pool and hot tub seemed neglected.
