Courtyard by Marriott San Jose Campbell

The hotel is beautiful. Bright colors in lobby that extend right up to the rooms. The hotel is three years old, but looks brand new. The entire staff smiles and is very helpful.

The room itself was comfortable, set up a little funky with the cabinet mostly obscuring the tv from the bed. The bathroom is not user friendly, very clean and pretty BUT, you have to be a monkey to reach the toilet paper and you have to get all the way into the shower to turn on the water. Not enough spots to put shampoo, body wash, conditioner, etc. Love the Marriott hotels in general.

Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Was staying for 2 days to visit family and the hotel was easy to get to and close to freeway, but not near noise or congestion. Staff was friendly and helpful.

perfect location. So close to the freeway and right next to shopping center.

Always a great place, we stay here regularly. However, wexwoke to the fire alarm at 7:30 Christmas morning and had to evacuate in our sleepwear. We are both disabled, and it was cold and rainy outside. It turned out to be a broken sprinkler, but it totally disrupted our Christmas morning plans with family. However, we would stay here again.

We "blindly" chose this hotel and were very pleased when we saw it. Very convenient to the major highway, but not noisy. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Our room was very clean and no worries were created during our stay. I will definitely stay there again.
