“Nice hotel”

The building must be old, but they have done a great job renovating it The room was spacious and the bed comfortable The only strange thing is that they have the safes all located downstairs at the reception, which is not really convenient (but I suppose it is safer) The hotel stuff was very nice. I forgot my charger and they sent it to me The location is a bit off anything interesting but it is a short drive to Stanford I was also there for a wedding reception, and the meal served by the hotel catering was not bad

“Doesn't live up to its name.”

The room is big but the decor is tacky. Hotel wall paper, carpet design and furnishings are of poor taste. Decor doesn't seem to blend. Despite modern motif, the hotel feels old. Heater in room did not work, and the waitresses in the coffee shop are badly trained, one was extremely rude. The hotel does not live up to its name.

“Delayed Check-In”

We got to the hotel at 10:00am and was told we could not check in until after 12:00pm. We came back at 1:00pm and was told our room would not be ready until after 3:00pm. We did not get our room until after 6:00pm. The problem was that the hotel had been booked by the Stanford University football team which did not check out until after 3:00pm, and the housekeeping staff was not able to get the rooms cleaned and ready until much later. The hotel should have warned us in advance, or hired additional staff to get the rooms ready. We were not the only guests who could not check in.

“FESTIVE FAMILY FUN”

ENJOYED OUR STAY. MY ADULT CHILDREN AND GRANCHILDREN STAYED AT THE SAME TIME AND HAVING POOL SIDE ROOMS MADE IT THAT MUCH MORE ENJOYABLE.

“Great Hotel and Extremely Comfy”

My family and I stayed in this hotel because it was close to Stanford University and it was such a nice room. We got a room near the pool so in the morning we actually sat outdoors on the small patio table they had and it was so enjoyable. The parking is near the rooms. I enjoyed my experience in this hotel and it has made my list.
