“Let them know your choice early”

Rooms like 214 was very bad with broken electricity plug, broken lights, etc. and very laud noise from road. Only after I changed to room 207 facing parking lot, it's much cleaner, and much less noise. Definitely avoid room 214 or 215, try to get 206-208. My rate for cleaness and comfort of the room is an average of the two room I had.

Booked hotel for the wrong night originally (my fault), but called to try change or cancel the reservation. Hotel Manager was very uncooperative. so ended up booking another night to cover the one i really wanted. The room was not very comfortable or very clean. Also was smelling a strange odour that i ended up calling the fire department for. Nothing was found, but when the hotel staff came in to try and clean the room all they did was spray some air freshner around. Second night had a different room and was more satisfied at that one. Will definately not be staying here again. Very dissapionted.

the people were nice, but the hotel/rooms is certainly showing it's age. the sheets were clean, but the bathroom really wasn't. i think it's fair to say you may get a little less than you pay for here.

Stained sheets and pillowcases. Gross. Burnt out lightbulbs. An old crusty coffeemaker with no coffee. This place was lacking and subpar in so many ways.

AVOID!!! Bad hotel, bad customer service, filthy rooms, all add up to a horrible experience.

“A Good Location For What We Wanted To Do”

The desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection wasn't what the Days Inn in Englewood, CO was, but we still utilized it on several mornings. Being able to use the internet to research various items about this area was extremely helpful. The luggage cart was great since we were on the second floor and avoided making several trips to carry luggage in and out. There were only three minor complaints were had: 1) A screen on the window was torn and 2) Sometimes it took multiple times of pressing the elevator button and 3) Initially we couldn't get the TV to work, but the desk clerk came right up and discovered it was unplugged. We attended events in San Francisco, Oakland, Saratoga, and San Jose so this hotel was right in between. The Fremont BART station isn't too far. There's a large shopping mall in Milipitas that is only about 15 minutes away. So, for what we wanted to do this was a good location. The overall hotel experience was good and we'll probably stay there again if we return to the area.
