洗濯機、乾燥機があり長期滞在向けです。朝食は、シリアルくらいでしたが快適に過ごせました。また使いたいです。

Won't Stay Here Again

Pros: A fairly nice breakfast was included in the stay. They offered scrambled eggs and potatoes, different cereals, granola bars and some fruit selections
Cons: The rooms need to be updated with new carpeting, furniture, etc. A new supply of nice towels is needed.
Location: It was close to the airport. There were restaurants nearby and Starbucks.
The hotel staff was not at all helpful when asked a few questions about finding a store in the area. She was unfamiliar with the area all together as she didn't live in San Jose. We used the business center and wanted to print a boarding pass and there was no printer there. When we asked the hotel staff about it, she at first said there was a printer inside the room and then when we pointed out that there wasn't one, she changed her mind and said it was broken. She didn't offer a solution. I had to ask if we could print it behind her desk and she said it was probably possible. However, we couldn't even get to the airline website due to some kind of firewall. No help there at all. The room was just ok and hadn't been updated in a long while. Luckily, we were only staying one night. All of the bathroom towels were old, thin and dingy looking. They really need to get a fresh supply of nice towels. It was a very disappointing experience and I will not stay there again.

I place the complain 3 times. Noise of the compressor of the frige no action was taken. In 11 days I try to sleep with that noise.

I STAYED 4 NIGHTS IN THIS HOTEL AND I WAS TOLD THAT THE ROOM WILL ONLY BE CLEANED IF I AM STAYING FOR ONE WEEK.

Pros: The room was fine and newer. Bed was comfortable and the place was kept well.
Cons: The Expedia site states that there is a 24 hour shuttle -not true. We arrived into San Jose about 1045pm - called repeatedly, no answer. $20 cab...
Location: McDonalds is close - good thing since breakfast was very lame
We were basically pleased with the hotel room. The advertised 24 hour shuttle is not accurate and the free breakfast proves that you get what you pay for. The room was fine but certainly the place is not above two stars.

I disregarded the other bad reviews and gave it a shot. Bad idea. Dirty room. WiFi not worth the trouble. Go elsewhere.
