the bathroom smelled like pee i had to leave the bathroom fan on everyday, the carpet was dirty, when I asked about cleaning the room they said they only clean them every other week! and if you want a cleaning they charge, kitchen was run down, beds were super uncomfortable and pillows. Will never stay here again , you get what you pay for

The property is well maintained and the lobby area is clean. The only thing that was inconvenient was there seemed to be a lack of staff at the front desk, no one was ever around.

The location of the property is very convenient. Good customer service, however the entrance to the property is locked after hours, I had a late check in and was waiting outside for a long time until I was finally let into the building as they have one overnight employee who was busy helping someone else. I understand it’s for security reasons, but it was somewhat frustrating. Once let in the employee was great, very welcoming, and apologetic. The room was comfortable and the bedding was clean, but the building in general can use some updating. Overall for a last minute one night stay it was fine.

The room by itself was way better than expected, the only issue was that call made too early, we all know that hotel room is due at eleven and have the reception call you a little after 9am to check on you with the excuse to know if you need something, two hours before check out.

Home away from home!
From the well made bed, comfy chair, state of art TV to the wonderful kitchenett it made my stay fell like staying @ a friends.

The property was near a venue that we attended. The elevator wasn't working so we had to climb the stairs with our luggage. When we go to our room, our room key didn't work so I had to go back downstairs to have my key activated.

The elevator was broken for the entirety of our stay. We were on the 3rd floor with our dog. They only clean the room every 2 weeks which is unacceptable with a pet. Otherwise everything was great.

Staff was great, my room had a weird strong odor which was very unpleasant, it even left my clothes smelling like it. The bed was hard and not comfy. For the price it wasnt so bad just an ok stay

For a room that has a kitchenette, it was not equipped with anything but a dish towel, no dishes at all, not even cups! Also, nothing but soap in the bathroom although there was shampoo at the check-in counter. Aside from this, room was nice and clean and we received a great room rate through Expedia so all is good.

my stay here was not the greatest. I booked the room on Expedia and got in late. about 1130pm on a Wednesday night to be specific. I had some work to get done the next morning and wanted to do a late check out, 12pm to 1 pm at the latest if possible. immediately upon arrival and asking about late check out I was instantly shot down with a straight "NO" even if I paid a fee. after checking in and unpacking the room was fine. I was woken up very early the following day to loud banging over and over, seemed like maybe construction on the property starting around 5 am. I woke up and started working. figured I check in with the morning staff if I could get a late check out, now I can apparently. But it was $10 per hour. paid $10 for my extra hour, then before 11 o clock I still had room service looking to see if I was out of my room, then again at 1130 staff was knocking on my door looking for a roll away bed that apparently they misplaced. All in all, my stay here was not very peaceful or as convenient as I would have hoped. Staff was inconsistent and slightly rude at times, and the noise was disruptive. Would not stay here again.

Unfortunately our room was located in the first floor, and the guests from the room above us was quiet noisy. We called the front desk so they could do something about it and though they were attentive to our request; they noise didn't stop until after midnight and started again around 6 am. I wont stay in this property again. Also, breakfast was a joke.

I wish I could stay longer!
I choose this location whenever I have work in the area. Get a room on the first floor, if possible. Breakfast is very convenient, but they should have some fruit available.
