Not the place for light sleepers
I was not able to sleep and actually checked out a day early forfeiting the money spent for the second night. There was a gaping opening under the door to our room. I stuffed it with a towel, but it didn't help buffer the loud noise from the highway. In addition to that, the refrigerator made a horrible gurgling noise all night. Additionally, there was not even a bottle of water left in our room and the breakfast that they serve in nothing but sugar. Muffins and granola bars. Very dissappointing.

Nice enough rooms that were pretty clean.
The room itself was decent. Had an issue with the shower curtain which the front desk rectified right away. The door to the room had a gap so air, bugs and noise came through.

One worth repeating
Quiet, big dog-friendly (Bernese), comfy, welcoming and relaxing right in the middle of the Mountain View rat race. We would definitely stay here again.

Sad Stay
Floor was very dirty. Wife had black soles from walking barefoot in room. Even after scrubbing by staff the floor was still dirty. Bedside lamp did my work and was not repaired during our stay. Outside of hotel was full of trash including empty liquor bottles that had not been picked up.

Short stay at extended stay
Over all this was good place to stay with reasonable rates. Tub faucet came off 1st night and unable to take showers. Reported it the next morning, but was told it is repairman’s day off and they have nobody who could fix it. Asked for another room but they were sold out and no other solution. So we took baths instead. We stayed only 2 nights so we managed but it was an inconvenience. Other than that it was good. They have regular size fridge,stove and microwave which is very handy if we were staying longer. Entrance to the hotel is very close to the on ramp of freeway and very easy to miss.

The staffs are friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and cool. The only thing I didn’t like was the ac was very loud and we woke up a few times at night by the loud noise. One other minor thing was they didn’t have any shampoo so bring your shampoo.

Reservation was paid before we arrived. We were traveling and were going to be there very late at night. We called the hotel to confirm our reservation and let them know that we would be arriving late. When we got there tired at 2am ready to rest we discovered that even after having a paid reservation and confirming our late arrival they had given our room away and now we had no where to stay. Horrible service would not recommend that you book there.

The “breakfast included” was not a real breakfast, just cheap coffee and baked goods. There is no daily room service, as we were told that they only come every 2 weeks.

Chose this place for its location close to Shoreline Amphitheater. Pros: Easy drive to the venue, close to nice walking/biking trail, lots of local dining and shopping nearby. Good price for the area, microwave and full sized fridge. Cons: Room wasn't "dirty" but could have used more attention. Bathtub didn't drain, no coffee maker, ran out of TP, housekeepers arguing outside our window at 8am. Might stay again when in the area for another show at Shoreline, but will probably look around more first.

After bringing in my luggage and getting ready to settle down I noticed the toilet and shower had hair in it, the floor, desk and dresser were not cleaned, and the blow dryer didn't work. When I came back to the hotel 2 different times, I was locked out and had to get a working key card. The night staff was upset that he was inconvenienced when I tried to open the lobby door, which was locked; so I rattled it. He came out with a bang, grabbed my card. Left me outside waiting, and was speaking angrily in a foreign language when he banged the dooors open again to give my my key.  I was the one that was inconvenienced THREE TIMES mind you. Sheesh, it was my worst hotel experience ever!

Went above and beyond to accommodate our employees, and provide parking for their truck and hydroseeder as well as make sure they had a room with a good view of their vehicles & equipment. Excellent service.

INACCURATE AND MISLEADING INFORMATION
The place was nice and the staff were friendly. However, the hotel gave misleading information. On the accommodation details it says free breakfast which is not true. Ny reservation was July and I am still waiting to this day to hear back from the property and a supervisor who assured it will take 48 hours and how many 48 hours has it been since the and they have made bo effort to resolve the matter. Obvioulsly, they got paid and they got their money so they dont really care to much wether they mislead and fool their guests

I always choose to stay here when I’m looking for a nice get away. The manager at the front desk is always so nice and accommodating! This was the best experience I’ve had for a nice couple get away! :)
