“Warm, friendly hotel”

The only thing wrong with the room was that for some reason it was missing a desk chair. However, the pleasant and prompt response of the staff more than made up for it and turned even that experience into a positive. All contract with the front desk staff was pleasant as they were helpful and friendly

I had a meeting at my corperate office and needed a place to stay. Expedia suggested this hotel. It was so comfortable and the staff was very accomodating. There was so much to dowitin walking distance. Restaurants and fast food, lots of entertainment. Can't say enough about The Four Point Sheraton Hotel downtown San Jose.

“Better than what the review says”

There are a few bad reviews about the hotel and I was worried a bit when I saw the reviews after booking it. It wasn't as bad as some people says. One bad thing was that they never brought breakfast in the first morning of my stay even though it was requested. Otherwise, good place to stay. Rooms are not that big but clean, comfortable, gets the job done.

All of the staff were very nice and professional. A situation arose where my girlfriend and I needed special assistance and the front desk people went out of their way to help.

“Well worth the money!”

Hotel in great location. The remodel is great, rooms are big and bathroom was great with a walk in shower and a tub. I will stay here again when I go to San Jose for buisness.

No big marble lobby or chandeliers, and the rooms are modest in size, but all the necessary comforts are there and it's very quiet. Super convenient for anything in Downtown San Jose.

“A great boutique hotel”

A great boutique hotel! The hotel is located downtown San Jose and most restaurants and theaters were in walking distance. We stayed in the suite and it was wonderful. The room was clean with great amenities. The decor was beautiful! Just be prepared to pay for parking. It was a little expensive.
