Overall, quite nicePosted May 19, 2015
Pros: Room, pool, steam room
Cons: Free parking (it's not like they don't have the space). Indicate what items are complimentary.
Location: San Francisco is about a 30 minute drive away. Stanford University is 10 minutes away. Apple HQ in Cupertino is about 20 minutes away.
We decided to stay at the Four Seasons as a treat-it was about the same price as 4-star hotels in San Francisco, but this has 5 stars. The hotel is beautiful. We were lucky to have rooms not facing the highway. I think I would have been disappointed if our rooms did face the highway. They have a very nice heated saltwater pool and hot tub. There is also a steam room and showers in the locker room near the pool/gym area that anyone can use. The two drawbacks: $12 per day to park, and you can't tell what's complimentary and what you have to pay for. It kind of feels like they try to nickel-and-dime you, which is disappointing at a 5-star hotel.

Short Stay At the Four Season's Palo Alto!Posted Apr 4, 2015
Pros: Convenience and proximity to Stanford U. and clean comfortable rooms and service that makes Four Season's hotels above the rest...
Cons: More knowledgeable concierge in reference to transport services and fees charged locally....
Location: Nice location near highway...No Noise though cause of nice solid windows...16 minutes to Stanford U. and 25 minutes to airport...
This is a smaller Four Season's Hotel with a modern vibe right next to the highway with effective 'No Noise' windows...Very nice , clean rooms and comfy beds. Staff was nice. They have a car service to transport one to any destination you need to go to at more reasonable prices than cabs with nicer cleaner cars...transportation is expensive there and so is everything else! Food ordered in room was terrific! Heard nice things about their Quatro Restaurant but did not go there...

Dated room. Comfortable bed. Upgraded to a suite because regular room was very small and even more dated than the suite. Excellent hotel staff and room very clean.

Four Seasons, E. Palo AltoPosted Jan 29, 2015 on Hotels.com
Great hotel, but the location is less than desirable. Just off the freeway, so taking a walk in the neighborhood is not ideal.

Awesome staff and accomodationsPosted Jan 2, 2015 on Hotels.com
Professional and super nice staff and very clean, spacious rooms. I didn't check out their gym or restaurant (but the food in Palo Alto is awesome), so can't comment on those aspects, but I highly recommend.
