“This place made my vacation even better!”

Stayed 5 nights during Thanksgiving vacation (Sun-Black Friday) and was very happy with the stay. Internet was $5 every 24 hours but it worked perfectly each time. No matter when we left the room, maid service still came every day and did a great job. Breakfast was coffee and muffins, but there is a McDonalds within a 30 second walk. The area was nothing but buildings and a small shopping center which mostly had Asian food, so felt very safe. The room was immaculate and though a little small, still had a king bed, desk and chair, flat screen, decent sized fridge and nightstand. Never had a problem with noise or strangers. Laundry worked, ice machine worked and vending machines were nice to have. A perfect stay! Thank goodness! And a great midway point from San Francisco to Big Sur. Only 40 minutes to SF, 20 min to San Jose and an hour and 1/2 to either Napa or Carmel. Loved our stay!

“Would repeat!”

This Hotel was very convenient, it was in the middle of everything. I would definitely go again, i recommend it to everyone who wants to stay in an affordable, nice, clean place.

“Bed Bugs”

-bugs on the cheap bed spread -extra-cheapo towels (come on really?) -room was small, but decent

“Not bad but beds caused me back problem”

I booked a non smoking room and thats what I got. The man at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Carpet was very dirty and the cleaning lady didn't put shampoo during my 3 nights stay. I was on a business trip so I was there to sleep only. Internet is not free and breakfast was old muffins and coffee that was not real coffee but I would call it hot black water.

Redwood City. very central area for both San Jose and San Francisco.

“You get what you pay for”

Not bad , not great. The laundry facility is really old, shady, and kinda scary to use at night.

Thank you for bringing the laundry room to our attention. I have spoken with the Maintenance engineer and he said he will be replacing the lights in the laundry room and possibly remove the light sensor since it may be causing the fixture to be dimmer.

“It's not your luxury Hotel, but great for those on low budget”

I was satisfied with the hotel. It was affordable and the rooms were nice. The TV was a bit small and didn't have cable, the hot tub out by the pool didn't have bubbles, and didn't get very hot, the people at the front desk seem a bit irritated that I came into the front desk at 11pm. Other than that, I was satisfied with what I paid for, I wasn't expecting some luxury hotel anyways.
