HYATT house Santa Clara

I booked the hotel one day before I arrived and it might be a little bit expensive. But it deserves. I lived in 7th floor and it quite and clean.

We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting our son and were very impressed. The location is great -- in the Rivermark shopping center. We could walk to the restaurants and shops in the mall and the neighborhood around it. It was about a 5 minute drive to Santa Clara University. The room had a small kitchen, although we didn't use it. The free breakfast every morning was excellent! We used to stay in the Holiday Inns in the area but the Hyatt House is much nicer for about the same price. We'll definitely be staying here again!

I am normally grossed out by hotel rooms, and this room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The nearby stores, shops, and restaurants were right there, it's like an adorable little mini-town. The continental breakfast was great, as was the complimentary beer and wine (on weeknights). Overall, of all the hotels I've stayed at, including more expensive ones, it was the best. We will be staying there next time we go to Santa Clara and need a hotel room.

Rooms were a good size but what we found was a nice surprise was the fridge and fully equipt mini kitchens. Especially having a couple of kids...it was great to go to the Safeway next door and have a place to put all the treats.

Cant find any faults; modern, clean with a very friendly staff. Location is great as well. Will stay there again when visiting daughter at SCU....

We stayed for a week and upgraded from a King suite to a one bedroom King which offered a lot more space and amenities including 2 TV's. It was well worth the money. The hot and cold breakfast was fabulous. The staff were most accommodating. The hotel is close to the airport in the Santa Clara Rivermark Plaza. The plaza offers a variety of restaurants as well as a grocery store and other services.

I came to this hotel based on a reference of a friend. I had originally booked the The Plaza Suites but she told me it isn't as nice as the photos make it out to be. We actually went to that hotel and the lobby was very nice but the hallways and rooms were a bit tight and dark. Hyatt House was amazing! We came here for my birthday to spend the day in San Jose and Santa Cruz and it completely met our needs. Our room had a kitchen which was perfect because we had originally brought a cooler. The beds were so comfortable, you couldn't even tell you were sharing a bed! The sliding TV table was a great touch as well. We had a good time in the heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, and not to mention the breakfast buffet! The food was good they had a small variety of choices. Everything was clean and nice, the staff were extremely nice. Although we had a slight problem with our pull out couch, the staff was more than willing to fix it and they did so without a problem. Thanks Hyatt! We will be coming back to your hotel!

This hotel was nicely furnished and well maintained...our room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again, no problem!

We had a wonderful stay and was surpised at the kitchenette. With full size refrigerator and dishwasher - plates, cups, bowl, etc.... The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. Breakfast was not the best I have ever had, but I did not go hungry.
