“great hotel bad soap”

My only gripe is that they do not provide a bath bar of soap. The shampoo/conditioner seemed to be the same as the body wash and neither one seemed of a high quality. No room service... Restaurants near by. Everything else was great and I would visit again.

“realy nice hotel”

this hotel was great! we were really surprised at how clean it was. there was also a nice breakfast available in the morning. very safe, good area, ice cream and other food shops right adjacent to the hotel.

“Excellent Hotel”

Hotel carried excellent and friendly service no matter who was at the front desk. The many of times that we walked passed the staff was very warm and friendly, insuring that you were acknowledged. Rooms were very clean, comfortable, everything in like new with added convienence of stove, fridge, work desk, sofa bed and two TVs one in bedroom and living room. Continental breakfast was very good in consideration that it is complimentary with your stay. The location is premium, as it sits within a retail marketplace with good selection of restaurants and markets with close proximity and walking distance. Will always stay at this hotel if readily available upon return into Santa Clara...

“Terrific room”

We enjoyed a four day stay here. The breakfasts were varied and very good. Weekdays (m-Thurs) there was a "snack" at dinnertime which could have made a whole meal. Apples were always available at the desk. The room had everything we needed (including a can opener) and was beautifully decorated. There were many nearby eating places, a grocery store, a walking path. Our son lives nearby so he could get us where we needed to go. The hotel does offer shuttle service which we didn't take advantage of. We would definetly go there again.

“I would Difinitely Stay in this hotel :)”

Nice and friendly staff very welcoming people much comfortable than what I expeced from a 3 star hotel (if it was me giving stars I would have given them more than 4) clean and classy rooms. Wonderful breakfast They also offer free wireless which is great.

“This is the best self-contained hotel we've ever been at. Will definitely be back!”

My family and I were very impressed with the Hotel Sierra Suites in Santa Clara. We usually stay at a Marriot Courtyard/Marriot Residence Inn but were glad we decided to try something different. My first impression was "Wow, what a gorgeous looking hotel". Parking was a breeze, guests had complimentary undercover parking across from the hotel. The lobby was very nice, cosy seating and nicely decorated. We were very happy with our room. The kitchen had everything, one can easily prepare his/her own meal and Safeway was very close by within walking distance. We could not have asked for a better location, the surrounding shops and restaurants were awesome, there were so many to choose from. Stay here if you're looking for a place in San Jose/Santa Clara. I highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed!
