“Worth the money but could use some improvement”

Room was in good condition and bed was comfortable. Desk chair wheels didn't work but that was only a minor issue. Restaurant food was just okay. Very convenience location as it was next to both intersecting freeways, close the the airport and the company I was going to. Pool was in good condition as was the jacuuzi. The workout facility was small but functional.

“Awful”

Hotel listed as having courtesy airport shuttle. Expedia site did not mention it stopped at 10 p.m., and the shuttle would not pick us up when we called from the airport at 10:10. Hotel was a $55 cab ride away from the airport. Hotel was outdated and the room looked like it hadn't been updated sine the 1970s. Not real clean (e.g., lipstick on the coffee cups). In the morning, the toilet wouldn't flush. Took a shower that only contained cold water (but could get hot water from the nearby sink). Complained to the "manager" who wasn't particularly helpful. Eventually they sent up a maintenance man who took the toilet and shower apart and said they needed to order new parts for both and they wouldn't be operational any time soon. Again complained to the manager about the overall experience and how it failed to meet the "promise" they had posted in the room. We asked for a reimbursement for our cab fare. She stated we should have taken the Clarion shuttle from the airport. Told her we had called the hotel and the night desk clerk didn't mention the Clarion shuttle and told us to take a cab. She stated she would have to ask the accountant for a reimbursement. Received a call a few days later saying they would have to ask the owner. It's been 10 days and we've not heard from them nor have they returned our calls. Worst hotel I've ever been in. Really awful. Glad it was only for 1 night. Couldn't wait to leave.

“Solid if not exceptional.”

A decent hotel. Room was clean, shower was acceptable. Serviceable for the business traveler. Not the best for the vacationer since it is out of the way. A little pricey for the average conditions.

“Nice place”

This hotel is near my son's home in San Jose -- with easy access from the freeway. They provide an airport shuttle, but you have to call when you get to the airport and then wait for them to come get you. I was told that would be about a 30-minute wait, so my son picked me up and took me back to the airport. The room was nice and clean, and it had an easy chair with an ottoman so I could relax and read. Coffee and muffins were provided -- and there's a nice restaurant on the premises. I was traveling alone, but I felt safe there. I always use this hotel for my San Jose trips if I can get the reduced rate. It seems to be the best hotel in the particular area near my son's home.

“It's all right.”

Other than the delay in picking me up at the airport, other services were all right. The contacts I had with the staff there were friendly and efficient enough. So, I consider the stay there was all right.

“Nice hotel. Affordable price”

After a long drive it was nice to find nice people at the front desk and i nice room to lay down and relax in. The room temperature however was difficult to set at a comfortable temperature. When i arrived the room was burning hot and took quite a while to cool down. Once the air was blasting for a few hours it became comfortable but then was hard to find a happy medium in between cold and hot. If you shut the air off it quickly warmed up and if you left the air on all night the room was freezing.

“Will definitely stay here again”

This hotel was very nice. The rooms were large and very clean.

“OK Hotel”

The room is clean but the bed is too firm.
