“we will be going back to this hotel people were very friendly.”

the hotel is very close to where my relatives live in(gilroy & morgan hill) so we will be going back and staying there at the microtel . when we go to visit them. very friendly front desk people .

“Horrible Hotel”

This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed... Super small closet size rooms with cheap furniture, but the worst thing possible, was the nasty stains on the sheets and visibly uncleaned room.

“awful bathtub ring in tub...not just a water stain but filmy body crud”

Easy check in and easy to find, however, We could not use the bathtub because there was a disgusting bathtub ring build up all around the tub. When we called to have the tub cleaned, there was no person from maintenance available. The night clerk came to our room with some beach and sprayed the tub....but it did not make much difference..the dirty bathtub obviously had not been properly cleaned for a long time.. I was very disappointed in the lack cleanliness in the bathroom, because I have used Microhotels previously, and have been very pleased with them. I hope that

“Won't be back”

Have stayed at many hotels for the same or similar price with significantly better amenities. Pillows were flat, decor was outdated, fixtures and carpets were stained and walls were thin. No refrigerator. Called for an iron and not only were they "out" of irons, they hung up on me before I could request anything further. If you're staying in GIlroy then location is acceptable. But for the price, you can stay closer to town or in town in beautiful Bay Area locations and get better accomodations. Front desk always had a line - not sure about customer service. The person who checked me in was efficient. Other staff seemed to have problems.

Area recommendations

Gilroy Gardens is great for little ones, outlets are convenient but crowded.

“Never coming back”

Well what can I say, I guess I got what I paid for.... The room was not even ready when we got there at 3. We were told to wait in the lobby for 15 minutes, while they got a room ready.. When we walked into our room, the bed was made, but everything else was not. No toilet paper, no towels.... Hello! Basics! Definitely not coming or recommending this place at all!

“Ok for the price”

Room was just across the street from where we had a soccer game, so that was great for us. It has an "ok" continental breakfast. Initial impression of hotel as we walked in was not good. Looks and smells cheap. Room is just ok. Bathroom was clean, but did not want to walk on carpet in room. Just looked and felt nasty. I've stayed in better, but I've also stayed in worse. Good deal for the price.
