“Close to the Convention center”

I nice clean well run hotel that is ideal if you don't want to pay the prices for the Great American Parkway hotels. No frlls, but good price and well kept.

“Needs help”

The front desk clerk was very helpful and willing to do whatever it took to make ths a good stay. The rates varied per day of week and I paid more for this hotel (I stayed a week) than I would have a 3 or 4 star hotel. They have a problem with'bugs' so they request that you do not take your breakfast or food to your room. I am a business traveler and a lot of the time is it necessary for me to bring food to my room so I can work and still get something to eat. Not a good plan for a 'hotel'. Somewhat difficult to find, however again the clerk stayed on the phone with me until I arrived, since I had not been able to find it even with my GPS. Overall hotel is in need of upgrading but it is clean and they are very nice to deal with and it was conveniently located to where I needed to be each day.

“Room left open every day”

The person checking us in was fantastic, very friendly so I had my hopes up. Room itself was questionable. A few bugs I did not get bites but it made you itchy non the less...Every day the maid forgot to close my door properly. I kept reminding them that the door was sticky and they had to force it but they never did. The only other point I would like to make is that thebreakfast nice and so was the service in the morning.

“A great Hotel at a great price”

We stayed at this Hotel for two nights while visiting Great America park. I can honestly say it was the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed at. The breakfast was great and the staff was helpful. If we travel to the San Jose area again we will stay here.

“Inexpensive and Convenient”

There's a gym, an outdoor pool, breakfast, wifi, clean rooms, and a convenience store next door. Management and staff are accomodating and very polite. It's in the middle of the action in SV. It doesn't cost a lot. This is a place to stay if you've got business in the area and is not, by any means, a luxury hotel. If you need a lot of ammenities, look elsewhere. If you've got business and need a place to sleep, this is your place.

“Worth every penny!”

I stay here twice a year when I attend a coin show at the Santa Clara Convention Center. The owners and staff are friendly, helpful, and very eager to please. The location is easy to find and about 5 minutes from the convention center or Great America. On my most recent stay everything was fine, as usual, but the breakfast was lacking. The microwave bacon was fine, but not always available, there were no hot eggs, just hard boiled, and the potato nuggets were tasteless. In spite of that fact I would stay here again, and will. i can recommend this motel with no reservations at all. The room has a small fridge, coffee maker, good AC/heater, no road noise, plenty of ice available - all in all a fine motel.
