Room ComfortPosted Jul 27, 2014
Cons: Fix AC
Air conditioner did not adequately cool the room. When we complained, a staff member said it worked fine. He turned the thermostat to 65 degrees in order to get it running. We had it set to 72 with no results.

We stayed in the sumber and the hotel rooms do notPosted Jul 14, 2014
The hotel staff were friendly, happy and helpful. We were in a handicapped room (we were not asked about this) without a tub. There's a notice in the closet stating winter rates of $900. The room was five minutes away from the ski lift. Is this a positive?

Trip to Stanford Hospital.Posted Mar 24, 2014
Pros: Very quiet as it just sits off El Camino. Just right for what we needed for our stay.
Location: Great location. Lots of places to eat on El Camino and close by California Ave and University Ave.
Needed a place to stay while going to Dr.appiontmnets at Stanford Hospital. Have been at a few Motel/Hotels in the area over the last year, trying to find inexpensive places to stay. This was very nice and resonable. Will definetly look into staying here again when its time to come back for another trip.

It was the worst experience ever.Posted Mar 23, 2014
Cons: The office staff.
Location: Not too much to do in the area, only a Starbucks near by and other small stores.
At the time of check in, the lady at the front desk approached me stating I had two reservations. After some research, I realized it was a dupe reservation from a travel agency. The lady kept arguing in front of other guests telling me she was going to charge the other room. It was very upsetting to see her how she escalated from bad to worst in front of people at the tiny lobby. I felt so appalled to change my hotel plans and choose something else, but it was too late at night and I did not know the area to see somewhere else. :(

Quality inn palo altoPosted Mar 10, 2014
This Quality Inn was a decent enough place to stay. The room was clean and quiet and included a number of extra amenities in the room, including a spacious king size bed. The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of things to eat including hot food. You can really fill up! Minor quibbles with the room: a bathroom fan that roared and rattled, a low flow shower that provided little more than a dribble, and a light in the bathroom that was burned out.

Average class inn. Not impressed with receptionist.Did n't have curtsey to say hello to us.Was indifferent to our presence.Staff needs training to be more hospitable to guests.

Wouldn't recommend to anyonePosted Jan 12, 2014 on Hotels.com
I did not stay here but I booked it for one of my employees. He brought pictures of feces on the side of the toilet, his great view of a raunchy gentleman club, sink nozzle broke off inside sink when he arrived and a note requesting no parties in the hotel.

Overall a good place to stayPosted Jan 11, 2014 on Hotels.com
I needed a place close to Stanford Hospital so this place was convenient. The people above my room sounded like a heard of elephants at 10:00 at night and 5:30 in the morning. I would request an upper room to avoid that. Room was clean and had a microwave, fridge and tea and coffee. Decent morning breakfast included, but as I sat there, employees were having an animated discussion in another language which made it hard to concentrate on my morning paper.
