“Doing the best with what they have.....”

The staff was very friendly and they are doing the best with what they've got but this hotel is in desparate need of a makeover! I was surprised a Ramada would be in such condition. So an A+ for staff but D for quality of the room.

“Stayed here for years. Love it!”

I have stayed here for the last 10 years traveling for business. The staff is always caring. The hotel is over 10 years old but is well maintained and clean. The linens are new looking as of Dec 2011. The hotel has a large quad in the center. It is always well manicured and nicely landscaped. It is like a oasis even with the free way close by. The pool looked clean and inviting although it was too cold to swim. I do recommend this hotel.

“Convienent if you need something close”

This was a good price for needing a motel close to the area we needed. Did not appreciate the stains on the carpet. Bed was rock hard, and not comfortable at all. Breakfast was quaint. It satisfied my needs for one night.

“Close to Santa Clara Convention Center”

If you need a place to stay overnight, but be just 10 minutes away from the Santa Clara Convention Center, this is an inexpensive place to go. Nothing special, but the bed is clear and the simple breakfast is free, and wifi is free. Works for me.

“convenient location”

Close to highway 101, close to Yahoo HQ. Recommend if you work in the area. For free continental breakfast, serves with smoke salmon, and it is surprisingly good.

“Good for concert goers”

We went to the Bridge School benefit concert and stayed here. It was only about 7 miles away. Close to freeway. Comfy bed. For the price definitely better than motel 6.

“Good Service”

The facility is old and they could have maintained it better outside .The location is great and the service is good .it is just the outside which looks old.

“Some Improvements would hit the spot!”

Clean behind the night stand and the tiles in the bath/shower. Dead insects and mold is not attractive. Restaurant that is American/variety would be more beneficial to travelers than Japanese. Oil spots in parking lots need to be cleaned. Final bill should be available at any time if you are leaving. Staff were friendly.

“RB”

This hotel is a rat hole. Dirty, smelly and poorly maintained. Way overpriced for quality offered. Couldn't wait to leave. DO NOT BOOK IT!!!
