More like a motel

Posted Jun 24, 2015
Pros: The central grounds were pretty.
Cons: See my experience notes.
Location: Convenient to the freeway.
We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights; it felt more like a motel than a hotel. When we arrived, we hauled our luggage in to the lobby with us, only to be told we had to drive around the building, past several other buildings, to the building where our room was located (we saw several other guests do the same thing during our stay). There was only one ice machine and one soda machine for the building, located outside the building entrance. We were on the 2nd floor (no elevator) but were happy to see we had a balcony. Although there was a chair on the balcony, the door to it was bolted shut - it would only open 4" (for security and safety, according to the sign on the door). The room was not comfortable for anything other than sleeping and dressing - just one club chair, and a desk with desk chair. They don't include a refrigerator in the room, so there was certainly plenty of room for another chair (maybe the chair from the balcony?). The television was located in the wall to the side of the bed, so it wasn't even comfortable to watch television from the bed. Not a good place to relax at all. We requested a fridge via phone before we checked in (agreeing to pay the extra charge per day), and again when we checked in, but the fridge was never delivered. The bathroom tile and fixtures were worn (and not very clean), the toilet was not firmly attached to the floor - it would rock from side to side. We won't be back.

Ok. Not quite 3 star as stated. The place needs a major redo.

so so

Pros: comfy bed
Cons: staff, explanation of rates, timeliness of shuttles!
Location: Convenient to airport. So-so restaurant. Expedia rate included breakfast, but time of flight made breakfast impossible.
Best part is comfort of bed. Worst is trying to get a shuttle from the airport at night when exhausted. Ask for quiet room

Convenient for the airport!

This place is noisy and full of obnoxious people! It's only saving grace is the proximity to the airport and the shuttle staff are amazingly helpful and friendly! If you only need a bed hen arriving or leaving then this is your place!

Do not stay here

Posted Jun 14, 2015
We walked in and were greeted by a broken air conditioner and food on the floor. It looked so gross inside I didn't even want my baby crawling on the carpet. We checked right out to stay somewhere better, don't waste your time on this place. If they put zero effort into the stuff you can plainly see, I can't imagine what goes into what you can't see. Yikes

Pricey Rip Off!

1 night stay...thank goodness! You would think that for what they charge, a microwave or mini fridge($10 ea) would be incuded. Not even complimentary breakfast rolls. Cable TV sucks...5, 6 channel's at the most, not even free HBO, even the cheapest of cheap motels offer breakfast, not asking for a 5 course meal but at least have coffee and muffins. This hotel is waay overdue for a serious remodel, at least put in flat screen tv's. Walls are thin, u could hear everything in the rooms next to u, and I mean everything! So if you want overpriced room service and rooms that reek of mold, you found the right place! Do urself a favor and stay at one of the less popular motels on the street (Vagabond Inn is quite nice), they might not look appealing but they offer more services no xtra charge and surprisingly the rooms are clean and more comfortable than u think. Also not a fan of walking a long distance down a hallway to go outside. I want to open my door and get some fresh air and sunshine, not a hall full of tourists on their way to the casino!
