Pros: Upper clean. Comfortable bed and linens. Lobby smells like a spa.
Cons: Could have used help with my luggage.
Location: Work. Many tech companies in the area.
Clean and comfortable. Easy stay after a long day of work. Two story buildings spread out beyond the reception area. Check-in before you lug your suitcase out as you will likely need to drive to your room. Good room service.

Location: Location great, wasn't interested in things to do near by
What started out to be a disappointment with expedia and the booking, the Sheratons employees went over and beyond to accommodate us and make our stay extremely memorable.

Did not get the room I reserved for and the registration or checking in experience was not friendly. I was not told exactly what I was getting. Checking out was the same experience. I was charged $50 for some deposit, at check out I had to call hotels.com to deal with the deposit fee when Sheraton was the one that charged me. I felt the receptionist did not know what was going on or was experienced. I just did not get a friendly comfortable experience there:(
