This hotel is one of the best I've ever seen for the price. Has a great boutique feel. Spacious rooms, nicely laid out, great amenities. Hidden in an industrial area, it is a little out-of-the-way… But close to the Dumbarton Bridge with access to both the East Bay and the peninsula. Highly recommend a stay here if you're in the area!

Stayed a weekend to attend an event at Stanford University. The hotel is well maintained, clean and updated. Spacious rooms, very quiet and comfortable. Staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel layout is a bit confusing at first, but it allows rooms to have views of various scenic courtyards. The street access for cars is a bit difficult. Southbound access requires a U-turn on El Camino. However, once familiar, it is not an issue. Guest parking is relatively small. Large cars will find it challenging. Overall, a very nice hotel that seems to fit the Westin upscale image.

After checking in to the hotel and going to our room we discovered that my husband was unable to walk the entire hall way to our room. I had to leave him on the 2nd floor and go back down to the check in. (he had recent surgery) The girl at the desk was so gracious and found us a room close by on the first floor. This is the kind of service that means a lot to customers. Thank you for caring. Thank you for making a difficult situation easier for us. We will be staying at your hotel again in the future.
