Im really gonna push the jssue for a complete redund of my money. I chose to pay over $100 for this room specifically because they said they served breakfast, which was very important to me so that when i woke up i could have something to eat. Only coffee? Thats false advertisement i want my money back. Not o py that but there was like a party in the parking lot til like 3am wth was all that about? Ill never come here again. The room was nice but no breakfast or guest courtesy....UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

Rm 116 was labeled as non smoking however the door was immediately next to a smoking room the resident was smoking nextdoor .

The heater/AC did not work, which was not comfortable in the middle of winter, the room was very cold. Checked to make sure it was plugged in properly, pressed all the buttons, and still nothing. Plus there were stains on the towels and pillowcases (looked like mascara). The area is wealthy and upscale, but this hotel is in bad need of a remodel. It looks like they haven't made any updates in over 30 years. Would not recommend it or stay here again.

The Best 2-Star Hotel
Stayed the night for the Sharks game. SAP Center/Arena just a 15-20 minute walk. Rooms were good size and clean. Super hot shower. Had microwave, refrigerator and coffe maker. What else could you ask for in a 2-Star hotel, especially that cheap. I'll stay there every time I'm in town.

Didn't get any sleep because a whole group partied outside until 4:30 and I don't mind people parting but take it inside. Furniture had weird stuff on it. Bathtub had this blue stains or something so I didn't even use. Restaurant attached was really good!!

The room I got was a "Smoker" room, meant for guests that smoke. I got it because online it was cheaper. I did not realize it smelled. The cover had burn marks. It not a very clean room, there were cockroaches, at least two that i saw. the shower had mole. Not a very clean room. I would not stay there again and would recommend it to friends.

It’s an older hotel, but the price was more competitive, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, and a quiet room, I slept well.

The pictures on expedia lie. Did not stay there. Still charged one night even though the hotel was deserted. Expedia was no help.

Do not stay here unless there is nothing else around, pool is empty, dirty rooms with mold, no breakfast like website says, stains on bedding, sticky carpets. Don’t waste your time.
