Steps away from wonderful shopping.

The staff were so wonderful. Very friendly and excited to help make your stay the best. Great outdoor seating area with beautiful firepits. I don't think I will ever stay anywhere else.

Decent place to stay at...

Posted Mar 17, 2014
Pros: Staff and parking
Cons: WiFi quality in the rooms.
Location: Just walk around and you will find a ton of friendly people to talk to, great area.
I stayed here for a week, the staff were helpful and courteous, the rooms were furnished with fairly new furniture. My room at a power outlet shortage, it was not easy to plug in the iron and there was only one outlet on the desk to plug in your laptop charger. For some strange reason they had made a mistake of one incidental charge on my room, but once I said no there was absolutely no hesitation on the front desk staff part to remove it. The bar is rather quite, for whatever reason not much seems to be happening there, you will have a better time visiting other local watering holes. The hotel is in a nice area and close to other establishments, thus you have a few choices. One thing I loved about this hotel, was the parking. The WiFi is slow, just like every other hotel I have stayed at, in my room the connection was very poor but at the bar the connection was great and the speed was much better.

Comfortable, modern and pleasant. Great value.

Rooms were clean, spacious and updated with a modern flair. Walk out balcony was an added bonus on a beautiful weekend. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location and price can't be beat. Only drawback was no pool or spa, otherwise a great hotel at a great price. Would definitely stay again.

A great alternative to the chain hotels

I'm used to staying in the big chain hotels. I wish they were as nice as this place

Not able to stay

Posted Mar 3, 2014
Due to weather I was not able to get to the area from Tucson. Flights were cancelled and overbooked the next day. I had cousins who stayed there as planned who told me it was an excellent hotel/

Pros: Complimentary TollHouse chocolate chip cookies! Awesome waitstaff in Three Degrees Restaurant.
Location: Bar, Restaurants, shops, farmers markets on Sundays. Close drive to Valley Fair /Westfield mall.
Great hotel. Just blocks away from restaurants, shops, downtown Los Gatos. Would definitely stay here again. Great rates too.

Wonderful. Room was a little cold but other than that, very comfortable (there was no thermostat strangely, just a window fan).

NIce hotel near Silicon Valley

Posted Feb 18, 2014
Having stayed at many hotels in the Santa Clara area, I would suggest this hotel as an alternative. It is close enough to the business area but has a more calming feeling to it. It is convenient to Los Gatos shops and restaurants. In all I liked it

didn't even stay the room was so awful

Posted Feb 17, 2014
Cons: Customer service.
We looked at the room which was a deluxe king, and it was just a really expensive motel six with unsightly d├ęcor, nothing remotely resembling the photo. We tried to upgrade but nothing was available. Didn't see the point in spending Valentines Day in room that was less appealing than our own bedroom, so we left. On the way out the guy at the desk said "ok" when I informed him we didn't want to stay, took our keys, and walked away. So basically I spent $200 to stay home on Valentines Day. Their suites are not so bad. If you're going to stay there, fork out the money for the more expensive rooms.

Old fashion hotel, but cleane and comfortable

Posted Feb 14, 2014
I stayed this hotel 2 nights in middle of February and paid over $500. The room is large and comfortable, but air conditioner is old type and pretty noisy all night long. The bath robes in the room are nice and comfy. There is nice restaurant on first floor but breakfast was not included. They provide cookies and apples at front desk. This hotel is close to down town Los Gatos, so you can enjoy shopping and dinning there.
