My stay at the San Juan Airport hotel was just what I needed. Room was clean and comfy. Perfect for one night. Outside of the hotel was not welcoming, especially for a female traveling alone. But staff was great and the restaurant was good.

It is attached to SJU and includes breakfast and their restaurant is surprisingly good. For the hotel overnight and you are fine. Longer stays I would find another property for the same price closer to something.

I’ve stayed here about three times because it’s a solid option if you have an early flight out of SJU. Reasonably priced and there is a restaurant with a decent menu. You can walk to your flight in minutes.

The property was really convinient and easy access to everything around the city. The breakfast was really good offering, laundry and business center exceeded my expectations. The property itself was good and no noise complaint. However, we had two instances in which the water was coming off brown and that is obviously very unpleasant.

It must have been my ignorance. I did not realize we had to leave the airport to access the hotel and need to go thru security again to access our departure gate for our flight. The hotel is literally next door and it does the job of providing a bed and bathroom for the night. My family of four landed at 12:30am and had a 8am flight. The entrance to the hotel is a mere few minutes walking to the airport entrance. Plus, complimentary hot breakfast was available from 5-9am.

The only thing to like was the convenience of being at the airport. It was undoubtedly the smallest room I have ever slept in. Not even a chair to st in. The hotel lobby didn't even have coffee available at 4 am. It was also very expensive. Never again!

Looking for prison chic? This is your place! The entrance to the hotel is strange to say the least, the front desk staff was unwelcoming and standoff-ish. There was someone else’s hair in my bathroom, no cable just a Roku oh and you have to park in the airport parking deck and pay for it. The one friendly employee was a girl at check out. Will not stay here again and do not recommend unless prison is your vibe, then you will love it!

tv didn't work, took 3 people over an hour to figure out the issue (it needed the proper remote); not enough towels/blankets in the room; the air conditioner didn't function properly and the staff said they could not control it, so we had to sleep in a room with the unit blowing a cool 17.5℃. ridiculous.

Great place to stay when you arrive late in San Juan & only need to have a clean comfortable place to lay your head overnight. Buffet breakfast included. Not too excessive but good quality breakfast items. In room coffee maker & refrigerator. Everything you need nothing you don’t.

The hotel is right in the airport terminal. We checked in the night before our flight for the convenience of the location, after spending a few days in the Condado neighborhood. For a 6:50 am flight we went to the terminal to check in and drop off luggage, then went back to have the free breakfast at the hotel, which is served from 5-9am. It’s a nice buffet with an omelette station for fresh omelettes. The lunch at their Campo Verde restaurant the night before was also very good.
