Good location.

Posted Mar 24, 2015
Pros: Facility and location.
Cons: More flexible check in time. 4pm is bit too late.
Location: Restaurant, water sports
Very good location and Room is very clean. We arrived earlier than the check in time and they allowed us to use the facility first while we were waiting for our room to be ready. Staff is very friendly.

Very nice hotel, busy strip, abandoned buildings

Posted Mar 24, 2015
Pros: Location to beach, Old San Juan and bus terminals. Hotel was clean.
Cons: Hot tubs... there were no Jacuzzi's and the hall carpet could use an upgrade.
Location: Location was great. First hotel accross the bridge and had beach accsess. Bus was at door step and was only 75 cents. Close to Old San Juan and shops
Enjoyed location aside from graffitti filled abondoned buildings. Busy strip of hotels and bars. By day family and fun at the beach, By night homeless and drug addicts along street especially Fri and Sat night

Hotel is nice, staff is great, Good experience

Posted Mar 24, 2015
Hotel is nice, there are two parts if you want to actually be facing the ocean please let the staff know when you book. There are some vacant buildings near the property. There are not a lot of restaurants in the immediate area and you are about 10-15 minutes from Old San Juan. This by taxi will cost you $15 unless you find someone else to share the cost of the ride. It is a very congested city and renting a car will still take you a while to get most places. You can book any of the activities right from the hotel keep in mind most of them you will ride a shuttle at least an hour to get to any of the marinas or the rain forest. This is included in the price at the hotel. Near there is a Denny's, Starbucks, and the other restaurants in the hotel. The food is a bit pricey but that is overall. The service except for Denny's was outstanding. The staff is amazing and very helpful. I would recommend the catamaran snorkeling trip to Icacos island. There is a lunch and it is just outstanding overall. The biobay was beautiful I wish we could have stayed longer and it depends on the moon how bright they will be. Overall great experience. Thanks Condado Hilton and Expedia. Love Puerto Rico.

Nice hotel close to everything!

Posted Mar 24, 2015
Pros: I liked the service as well as the rooms/comfort.
Cons: The locks/bolts on the doors need fixing!
This hotel was at a perfect location! The service was good. We needed dresses pressed for a wedding early the next morning and they were able to accommodate us! Their staff was very pleasant and always asked what else can they do for us! It was a great experience. Will stay again!

Great resort oasis in urban San Juan

Posted Mar 19, 2015
A lovely oasis carved out of urban San Juan suburb. Three pools. Jacuzzi. Outdoor bar. Water sports. And very helpful concierge to guide you towards great restaurants and other activities. Ocean view rooms are worth it.

Terrible

Posted Mar 16, 2015
In our room where we stayed you here other people's toilets when they flush. The running water kept us up the entire trip. We bought to the attention of the manager, he said he would change our room, which he never did. At the end the took $100 dollars off our bill, but to me I would much have rather have had enjoyed my stay there, I really didn't care for a $100 dollar discount. Furthermore, that discount was very insulting to me. Never again

Good choice for the price

Posted Mar 15, 2015
Pros: Convenient location to the strip on Asheford Avenue and just across the bridge from San Juan and Old San Juan. Minutes from beautiful beaches.
Cons: The low king bed was not comfortable for us, and the casino was a disappointment. Also, several hotels at this end were being torn down, construction.
Location: The hotel itself is the first one on a very active strip of hotels, restaurant and entertainment on Asheford Avenue.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. This historic hotel has been nicely rennovated, and the outside grounds are beautiful. Everything was clean, and the staff could not have been more accommodating. We ate at all the hotel restaurants, and the only disappointment we had was at Denny's late one evening (poor service, overcooked food). The others were great. In addition, there are excellent restaurants and shopping down the strip from the hotel. We thought this hotel suited our budget perfectly and was a good value for the money.

Pros: It was very contemporary
Our room faced the street, and it was difficult to sleep with all the noise.
