"Excellent place to stay for a San Juan Trip"
When we arrived we came from the airport to the hotel late at night and it looked like the place was on an alley. It was quiet and clean but once we woke up and saw the lay of the land we were very impressed. Our room was partial ocean view and that's exactly what it was. The top floor is a must with pool, extensive sun lounging area, bar and dining area all glassed in was the perfect way to spend an afternoon. The staff was prompt, professional, the whole building is spotless. We prefer the 'boutique' or small hotel experience which avoids the busy atmosphere of larger hotels. The food was excellent. The street we thought was the alley was really the 'beach street' that we simply walked across and were on the beach. They have helpers to set up umbrellas, chairs, as well as drink and food service on the beach. The hotel is very well situated for other restaurants, hotels, casinos, just a great experience that we would repeat.

Pocket Guide: Puerto Rico Island San Juan Aimbridge Hospitality Hotels

San Juan is the capital of Puerto Rico, and its cultural hub. Half of the island’s population lives in the greater metropolitan area, and most visitors enter here as well. Old San Juan, with its cobblestone streets and old colonial architecture, lies on a small island connected to the mainland by bridges; it is guarded by 16th and 17th century forts, now World Heritage sites open to the public.
