"Great stay in Old San Juan! Entirety of staff is kind and helpful. We had one of the suites and it was clean, roomy, and comfortable. A quick stroll to anywhere in OSJ. Use the recommended 24 hour parking and make sure you get a receipt from the front desk to give them each time you leave the garage, saves so much money. "

"The staff were great especially Francisco. Very helpful and friendly guy. The roof top pool with the bar was a must. The room was very clean, spacious, and everything needed included. It was a bit under lit but that didnt bother us much. We really liked the free use of laundry washers and dryers, it was needed after almost a week stay. The hotel is close to everything on Ashford ave. The daily credit given by the hotel was nice to have to be used at the bar for drinks, food, or snacks. At the beach, they provided us with chairs, umbrellas, towels and even water!!"
