"Wonderful hotel, with great beach access."
We had an amazing time! The hotel was amazing and the staff were very friendly. The only negative was there was issues w/ the elevator, in which people were stuck in it for a while. We had to take the freight elevator which was an inconvenience. However, overall my stay was amazing and I can't wait to go back!

Pocket Guide: Puerto Rico Island San Juan IHG Hotels

San Juan is the capital of Puerto Rico, and its cultural hub. Half of the island’s population lives in the greater metropolitan area, and most visitors enter here as well. Old San Juan, with its cobblestone streets and old colonial architecture, lies on a small island connected to the mainland by bridges; it is guarded by 16th and 17th century forts, now World Heritage sites open to the public.
