“Great little hotel close to Pismo beach access”

This place is a great little getaway. It is 5 minutes away from the beach access ramps to Pismo Beach and restaurants are in walking distance. No luxury here, but who needs it when you spend the day at the beach or having fun. easy highway access and reasonably priced. I have been there twice - would go back anytime!

“Comfortable Place”

The motel was comfortable, and clean. We were travelling through, and staying there provided the rest we wanted.

“Close to the beach”

It's tiny but you spend most of your time at the beach, the location is just convient.

“You get what you pay for”

Walking distance to downtown Pismo Beach and the pier. Single queen room felt kinda small. No air conditioning (could've used A/C the day I was there). "Continental breakfast" was danishes, coffee, tea and instant cocoa. Good location, mediocre everything else.

“not impressed at all”

When we first arrived, we stood in the lobby for over 4 mins before a young boy came out. He asked us to wait and went back to get his mom. The whole check in process took over 15 mins after the wait time. The room had no air conditioning, not even a fan. The room was hot and stuffy the entire stay. Some guests even kept their front door wide open to get air. The bed was horrible. The most uncomfortable thing I ever slept on in my life, but the location is great.

“Nightmare”

It was unbelievable. The room smelled. The bathroom window screen was shredded. The front window screen was bent and gaping. There was no tank cover on the toilet tank. We did not stay - they agreed to refund our money. They apologized and said they were in the process of rennovating but hadn't done that room yet. Duh!
