We are very sorry to hear of the disturbing noise coming from the room above you. We have found tho that if you let our front desk know there is a problem and we relay this info to the guests, they usually are unaware and gladly try to keep the noise level down. Just a thought for future stays. We hope to see you again.

We would be grateful if you would provide us with more info about what room # you were in so that we may have our maintenance team address the draft from under the door.
