Very close to wineries and Firestone a Brewery.

Posted Feb 18, 2015
Pros: Our room was very nice.
Cons: Make sure elevator works during a busy weekend. (Presidents weekend).
Location: Goose to wineries and there are lots of those. Close to Firestone Brewery and downtown Paso Robles. Cute little town off of a Spring Street.
Staff were very nice. Unfortunately, the elevator went out on our arrival day. Since our room was on the 4th floor, the reception staff had a nice young man bring our luggage upstairs. A weird thing happened while we were there. The water in our room was shut off sometime in the evening until 6am. When we told the staff, they did not know why and knew nothing about it. Hmmm! Other than that, it was a nice place to stay.

Great hotel for wine tasting and touring

Posted Feb 16, 2015
Cons: The elevator was out of order during my stay.
This is a great for wine tasting in Paso. They are ideally located and the rooms are luxurious with in room whirlpool baths and a nice 2 room suite layout. The Enoteca restaurant onsite served a fantastic dinner and also had great breakfast choices. A bit pricey overall but I felt it was worth it.

Quaint hotel in good location with excellent staff

Posted Feb 6, 2015
Pros: Fireplace feature is very cozy! Again, the staff throughout the hotel are wonderful!
Cons: Update the décor and furnishings... especially the damage items!
Location: Shopping center across street; short trip to Paso Robles center -great restaurants & wineries. Short trip to Hearst Castle or Morro Bay!
Staff is very welcoming and accommodating but hotel infrastructure and amenities are showing obvious signs of age/wear. Room wall sconce (bedside light) was barely attached to the wall (missing a screw); electric box at desk was falling apart; TV remote difficult to operate (needs new battery?); torn belt loop on hotel robe, etc. Furniture, carpet etc is dated and very bland design of hotel décor. Disappointed there was only a shower, no bathtub!

Sub-standard in several areas.

Posted Jan 24, 2015
Pros: convenient Location. Nice Suite set-up. Comfortable bed/blankets. Effective A/C temp control.
Cons: Cleanliness; e.g. there should be zero shower-mold. Sorry but limited parking should be reserved for guests. Complimentary coffee in lobby as well.
Location: Excellent little Mexican Restaurant in adjacent shopping center. Clean. Good Food. (machaca, burritos, menudo). (Tacos Robles?). Generous portions
Room cleanliness was substandard. No towels in gym despite being requested. Parking lot filled, perhaps because guests compete with employees for parking, requiring use of neighboring hotel. Hotel quality was not on par with cost. Disappointing response from hotel. Convenient location, comfortable room set up, and lack of hotel options in area make it impossible to completely rule out a future stay but it wouldn't be our first choice.

New Year's Eve stay

Posted Jan 4, 2015
We were in Paso Robles to celebrate our granddaughter's 2nd birthday. We stayed in the two bedroom suite and it was wonderful. Clean, aesthetically pleasing to the eye and very comfortable. They had a NYE dinner/dance but, we didn't attend because of our granddaughter's birthday party held elsewhere. We've stayed here before and have never had a bad stay. Love the hotel, staff and location!

Nice hotel, friendly staff

Posted Jan 2, 2015
Cons: Much better water pressure in the showers.
Location: Close to downtown, wineries, restaurants.
My fiance and I came to Paso for NYE this year and booked La Bellasera - I've stayed here several times before. It's definitely the nicest hotel in town. It's pretty, quaint and the staff is very friendly and attentive, can't say enough good things. Our room was also a really nice size and layout, very clean, comfortable and well-stocked. My only negative feedback is: -The water pressure in our shower was absolutely terrible - felt like a slow trickle! -Our room was on the first floor, adjacent to the lobby, so in the mornings we were woken up much early than we would've liked because the lobby music was REALLY loud Overall, though, a very pleasant stay!

Very pretty hotel with nice staff

Posted Dec 25, 2014
Hotel is very cute and cozy. Small in size and with friendly staff. Room was overall clean but towels have some scent that I didn't really enjoy. Not a bad smell but kind of stale smell not very fresh. Comortars the same. We had a private spa in the room that was the best of the stay. It had jacuzzi and the water quality was good. I'm not sure if the water was actually from the springs but my skin felt good after bath. The bath products were tarocco and they smell good! I bought some from their gift shop on the way out. The price was surprisingly good. I compared with amazon and few bucks cheaper for the 8 oz bottles. Only bad thing-I would not even call bad bc it didn't bother me much but other peroom thought it was- that there's no balcony. I think other rooms without spa had balconies. The hotel located right next to freeway but I didn't hear noise from it.
