Good location.Posted Jul 26, 2015
No AC. Not critical for Moro Bay, but important to understand when booking. Otherwise a charming, small room close to everything important.

View of the Rock!Posted Jul 20, 2015
Decently priced and well maintained older hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The beds were not the most comfortable and the "outdoor smoking area" was right below our window. With no AC and being highly allergic to cigarette smoke...that was an unfortunate combo!

Nice hotel. Short walk from harbor/Morro rockPosted Jul 19, 2015
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The hotel itself is rather old but it was perfect for what was needed. Just a place to sleep. Some sound proofing would be nice.
Location: Walk to the shops, restaurants, harbor, and bay. Morro rock is a very short drive and the beaches are very close as well.
The best thing about the hotel is the location. It is a very short walk to the downtown shops along the boardwalk, the bay, and Morro rock. We had probably the best time of our vacation in Morro Bay.

The staff was great the walls are made of paperPosted Jul 17, 2015
Pros: Staff, location was nice, quiet street, parking, fridge, ice, comfortable size room and bathroom, good lighting, nice bathroom, microwave, checkin
Cons: dirty, loud cleaning service, our room was never cleaned, rugs super dirty, need better insulation to soundproof walls
Location: 5 min drive from everything - its a small town
great staff pillows like phone books very very very very very loud could not sleep - either from the people upstairs, housekeeping, or just poor quality sound barriers. It sounded like a bull fight or a bar brawl upstairs, both mornings, for 3 hours. The carpeting made our feet black from how dirty it was.

Motorcycle trip to the Pacific CoastPosted Jul 16, 2015
Pros: Walking distance to the embarcadero. It was very clean and the grounds were well kept. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Will stay again.
Cons: AC could be installed. However we realize that Morro Bay is usually cool and this was an unusually warm week for the area.
Location: Has tons of shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is a walkway right at the waters edge where you can view sea otters, seals, etc.
My wife and I took a trip on our Harley Davidson to the beautiful Pacific Coastline. We spent the night at the Morro Crest motel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and a flat screen TV, coffee maker, micro wave and refrigerator were furnished. It was a short two block walk to the embarcadero with lots of restaurants and shops. The only drawback was there is no AC and this was an unusually warm day. There was a box fan provided that did help. Not unbearable, but a little on the uncomfortable side. For the price of the room and the nice staff it would be hard to beat!

No frills hotel.Posted Jul 14, 2015
The room had no a/c making it very hot and stuffy in the room. Their was a big floor fan, but it didn't do much. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. This was a no frills hotel and for a 100.00 a night I believe it was a rip off.

Weekend stayPosted Jun 27, 2015
Pros: Staff was friendly, area fairly quiet, clean and comfy.
Cons: Hot water was a bit on the cool side or we had operational troubles???
Location: Close to all the action of Morro Bay, just a couple of blocks off the Embarcadero, close to beach.
Friendly staff, nice room, beautiful flowers and shrubs on grounds, ample parking, we had a nice window view of Morro Rock, was a great Fathers Day escape from Valley heat for us.
