For my need one night the room was fine

Posted Oct 29, 2014
Pros: convenient to my destination.
Cons: upgrade rooms and TV's
Location: freeway close , close to restaurants
Older TV's smoking rooms for a non smoker was kind of smelly rooms need to be upgraded to current standards of similar type facilities.

Well-equipped room

Posted Oct 24, 2014
Pros: Large room, good bed. Easy access right off the US 101 freeway. IHOP right next door. But also: Plenty of outlets, including two in the desk lamp,
Cons: Vending machine was out of diet drinks
I stayed here on the first night of a 9-day trip to the Northwest. It turned out to be the best hotel of the trip.

Overpriced for this type of hotel !

Posted Oct 14, 2014
Pros: Friendly Staff !
Cons: Fix toliet seats ! Mirror in bathroom is old and you cannot see your face clearly ! Housekeeping left a dirty wash cloth hanging up in bathroom !
Had to make a trip and most of the hotels were booked up so took this 3.7 rated hotel at a high cost ! Staff were very nice but it is a old place ! Needs repairs in the room ! Shower did not work right !

Posted Sep 16, 2014
Pros: Oh the bed was to die for, never slept so good.
Cons: Wife says need a elevator to the top floor
Location: Next door was a IHop so made it great for the person who is really hungry in the morning
We had just stayed all day at the Dunes in Pismo and were just too tired to drive home, this place was close and a great price.

Older facility, cranky manager

Helpful staff, decent breakfast, comfortable beds, convenient location. Older facility, manager was difficult about refund, old tv's, room smelt stale on entering, no exercise room.

Ok for one night

Posted Aug 23, 2014
Pros: Comfortable beds, two sinks in bath area, nice shower head. Also very quiet.
Cons: Cleanliness and repairs needed to items inside room.
Location: An IHOP and Burger King are next door. A Starbucks and Subway are only a block away. This hotel is next to the Marian Medical Center.
Checking in, the staff was very pleasant and efficient. When we got to our room, we noticed that there were leaves between the beds and nightstand, which should have been vacuumed prior to our stay. Also, there was a HUGE rip in the middle of the floor to ceiling sheer curtains. On the plus side, the beds were very comfortable, as were the pillows. Breakfast was better than average with hot items such as sausage and self cooked waffles, as well as oatmeal packets in addition to the usual cold cereals, yogurt, toast, bagels and hard boiled eggs. We notified the reception desk personnel about the room's deficiencies before leaving.
