Great updates all throughout the room, hardwood floors, faux granite bathroom, nightstands and table.

Not much to comment on...

We didn't have much opportunity to experience this hotel - we arrived in the late evening, and departed first thing in the morning. However, our observations during the stay: the rooms were renovated, but the air conditioner loudly rattled, and it was very noisy outside of our room. Beds were soft and lumpy. Location was good, but we didn't have time to take advantage of it. Breakfast was mostly nonexistent, so we skipped it. Overall, this is probably an OK place to spend one night, but I wouldn't go back for another stay.

Great for a low cost place to stay.

Pros: Location, microwave and fridge in the room.
Cons: The "so-called breakfast" was all starch. Only powdered creamer for coffee. Need yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, milk etc,
Location: Good restaurants within walking distance. We liked the Öff the Hook restaurant.
For a low price motel, this one is not too bad. The room has a microwave and refrigerator. The bed is good, and the bath is clean an roomy. The location is excellent. 50 steps to the corner and you get a full view of Morro rock - one of the world's wonders that few have seen. Stay here, see Morro Rock

A roadside " no tell motel "

Posted Aug 18, 2014
Paper thin walls, squeaky bed, linens that were thin and non -absorbent, an office that smelled strongly if curry, a bed that squeaked, and breakfast consisting of "Wonder Bread " in the package on a counter and a toaster . I'll not go back

Was on 2nd floor above carport. Walls are thin and can hear and feel movement from neighbors. Bouncy bed. Very close to the wharf restaurants and cafe. Can walk or drive. Morro Bay is a quiet nice town.

Absolutely the best room of our 1 week travel!

Posted Jul 28, 2014
Pros: Best: the room and it's amenities.
Cons: Perhaps upgrading of the pool area.
Location: Fish n Chips at the pier was amazing!
A very pleasant surprise! The facility seemed a little older when we arrived, however, the staff were very welcoming and hospitable, and the room was amazing! Opened our windows for a wonderful ocean breeze (although A/C was available, we never used it!). The room was clean and filled with amenities you would expect. In room microwave/fridge/tv/hair drier/iron/shampoos/coffee... The breakfast area is small, however, there was plenty to enjoy, including mini-Belgian-waffles! :) The pool/hot tub was clean and water warm. The hotel isn't too close to the beach and therefore was nice and quiet; however, it is just off the main street near the ocean front. LOVELY!!!

Good Location with pleasant staff.

Pros: I was able to sleep
Cons: Fix the broken items
We stayed 2 nights and used the room for shower and sleep only. It was fair at best. Cramped room, toilet not fastened to the floor, TP holder falls off the wall.

Great room for the price!

We stayed for one night during the week. The view of Morro Rock was an unexpected treasure! This location was walking distance to the main street in Morro Bay. The room was clean, newly updated, a little small but they provided enough places to put our bags. There was a great ocean breeze at night. I will definitely stay here again. The Wi-Fi worked good enough for me to do my school work. But Starbucks Wi-Fi is faster. The staff was friendly, the coffee is not located in the room, but in the front office, so we ended up going out for our coffee. Great place for the money!

Not good hotel

Posted Jul 21, 2014
We lost cable tv, the bed is not comfortable, breakfast is terrible, and one of the window doesn't have lock, they didn't repair it, the stairway going to our room is broken I mean it moves when you step on it
