“The best”

Every time I go to san Luis I stay in a hotel but I think this is the best from all of them

the hotel was quite nice if rooms a noisy at night , from babies inside hotel , little external noise , the lift only functioned about 50% of the time , and was quite small , however the hotel is only 4 floors , but could be a problem if not physically fit and the stairway was not very well lit , no lights only windows. hotel was clean and tidy , however the bar staff have a tendency to forget about your change when you order drinks , regardless if you are going to leave it as a tip or not

“Never again”

I used this hotel regularly in the past. I will be looking for something else when I return to San Luis Potosi. The price is high considering what is offered in the rooms. I felt cheated, especially since I had to pay twice and do not have any response from the hotel concerning this problem. The refrigerator did not work although I was told that it was one of the new ones that work (the others never work?) I was never able to connect to internet from my room with either the wireless or cable connection.

“Not Impressed”

No hot water and there was a constant sewer smell coming out of the shower.
