Location: location is ok
The room was hot the a/c did not work, small room for the price , chek in and chek out not good, will never stay here again

Do NOT BOOK

I typically stay at Holiday Inn's but this was one of the worst Holiday Inn's I have stayed at in 5 year. Not renovated. Bathroom was moldy. The room had accumulated dirt and grim throughout. And the kicker? The wifi was horrendous. In a 2 night stay I had a total of 20 mins of actually working Wifi. It limited me from being able to be on skype calls, conference calls and perform my job.

Tuve algun problema con el aire en mi habitación, ya que el calor en la ciudad es terrible y me encontraba en la parte mas alejada del hotel. El personal rapidamente atendio mi queja y me cambiaron de habitación. La chica del bar el simpatiquisima y nos dió buenos consejos para la cida nocturna de la ciudad

Hotel Sucio y Ruidoso

Pros: Sus empleados son todos muy amables.
Cons: La limpieza
Location: NO tiene nada especial. Solo un hotel en una avenida concurrida del norte de Monterrey que se caracteriza por no ser bonito.
Esperaba algo mas apegado a las descripciones que encontramos sobre este hotel sin embargo fue todo lo contrario. El hotel esta Sucio y huele a humedad. Por otro lado existe poco control sobre los huéspedes ruidosos. Nosotros no pudimos descansar gracias a un equipo de football que se la paso de fiesta todo el tiempo y a todas horas. Seguridad del hotel y la administración fracasaron para evitar que despertaran a todos. Yo no lo recomiendo.
