Pleasant stay at a great location. Great scenic views from balconies. Would definitely repeat. Crossing the street in front is difficult, but otherwise no complaints, they have no control over that.

We enjoyed very much the terrace. It was awesome. We had over family members and it was great to share some time and have drinks after our outings. Also Andrea the manager is very professional. We needed a special handling after an incident and she took care of us with all proper handling.

Great property. The suite was clean and updated. The hotel is located in the center of the city with lots of restaurants within walking distance. It has a gym and roof-top pool (even though it was cold.) Overall, good hotel for the price.

The property has a pool and around the property it is a lot of different type of restaurants and one block away is a casino they called the bunker and the people is very very friendly and also they have a presidential suite is clean excellent he’s in the main Sity

There is a mayor building being built next door. High rise office and parking structure being built literally five feet from the hotel. Your window opens up to the view of welders and construction workers right outsode your window. This construction will last for another year but even when completed those rooma will have a view of the parking structure wall five feet from your window. The noise of jackhammering is unbearable. And the nose can be day and night. This property was forever changed by this new building.

The shower in our room would not stay at an even temperature, fluctuating often between being very hot and cold. Also ordered room service and the meat was cooked rare, with there still being blood on the plate.

Comfy hotel in nice neighborhood
Great experience !!! There was a problem with my reservation (made for 2, but appeared for 1 person) and the lady on the front desk upgraded my room to the Presidencial Suite without any hesitation... guess I was lucky but if you talk nice to people, they respond with this “compliments”. The hotel has this fancy look even thou it’s small and is shared in 2 buildings but the room was more than perfect. They offer breakfast buffet, which was really good, but the couple of waiters keep asking if they could take our plates away, which would be OK if we had finished everything, but we still were eating, it was annoiyng, but wasn’t a big deal. The restaurant was located next to the pool and the pool was small but enough for a light swim, but I wouldn’t recommend it if traveling with kids since it’s located on the 7th floor (rooftop) and it’s surrounded by a somewhat small guardrail. Overall a good experience and at walking distance of many good restaurants.

The hotel is good option in a good neighborhood at a good price. I liked the layout of the room. The internet wifi connection was a bit wobbly. I think ending breakfast at 9am is too early. At least let guests have breakfast until 10am!
