“cozy hotel for everyone! not for snobish people”

This hotel was the most cozy and sweet you can have in San Salvador, Location is very safe and nice, close to park where a lot of activity happening every night. I mean good activities, some attractions and salvadorian food and even carnivals! We really enjoy staying in this hotel. Staff is very and helpful. We would come there again. thanks a lot!!!

“A PLACE TO COME BACK TO!”

Staff was friendly, courteous, professional and most of all...available. The hotel was in a safe place, with guards and not on a bus route. The atmosphere was welcoming, calm, cool and attractive. Food was adequate. Breakfast is included and fresh fruit was always available. Lemonade, limeade and orange juice were fresh squeezed (by the glass or pitcher). Sitting rooms are available, in several areas and comfortable (not plastic). Everything was clean. The room air conditioners are new - and worked well and fairly quietly. The water was hot and the shower had a good flow - like a wonderful rain shower. The price was reasonable. Computers were available in a "business" room - free. We can not understand what caused the only negative comment you display (from 3 years ago). We would definitely choose this hotel should we return to San Salvador.

“Good value for a nice local hotel”

The staff was very nice and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.The room was very pleasant and clean. Comfortable, but not luxurious. The gardens and pool were lovely and the surrounding neighborhood was charming and safe. There were good traditional restaurants nearby and this is good location for seeing the sights of San Salvador. The local buses ran nearby.

“Travelers Hotel”

This is a good hotel for travelers who are more interested in visiting San Salvador than “lounging by the pool (although there is one).” There is not much by way of museums to easily walk to, but the taxis are inexpensive. There are small, clean, inexpensive food stalls within easy walking distance. At one of these, my wife and I had 3 pupusas, soup, 2 tamales, and a bottle of pop for the equivalent of $5.10 total. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The included breakfasts were very good.

“Not good experience”

This Hotel, was really disappointing, The people in charge of the Hotel was very kind and helpful most of the time, but my room was located in a corner in a busy street were very noisy vehicles were passing by all night. The breakfast was terrible, it was really greasy and extremely salty, and the dinner was even worst. So skip the Hotel restaurant. When I asked to be awake early in the morning in order to take my flight back they told me that they do not give that type of service. I am not going to come back to this Hotel
