“All in all rather good”

all very nice and clean. The Toilet and shower were very dated and the plumbing was not great but that is frankly being critical it was all more than good enough. The location was ok close to a shopping and bar area but not so close as to be too noisy. I would and have stayed here again!

“Excellent room for the price, comfortable and nice”

The hotel is nice, it is part of Crown Plaza Hotel. Their personnel very professional and courteous. The room was clean and keep very nice, housekeeping was excellent, clean sheets if you prefer every day. My only complain is the mattress was TOO hard. The rest was fantastic.

“San Salvador ,Plaza Suites”

We have stayed there 3 times now.The hotel is part of the Crowne Plaza Hotel.The Plaza Suites are a suite with mcrowave and mini fridge .Seperate bedroom .The beds aren't as high quality as the hotel .The pool and all the facilities are very good.Just across the walk way at the World Trade Center 11 there are many resturants to choose from .Staff are excellent .

“Dissappointment with room”

The hotel was ok, customer service disappointing. When we arrived we were not given the room we had booked on line. The hotel gave us a very tiny room, substandard to what we had expected. They told us that since the hotel was full that this was why we ended up in this predicament. This was a very disappointing situation and I will not stay there in the future.

“I would return if the suites undergo remodeling!”

Plaza Hotel & Suites, San Salvador The building that contains the suites rooms could do with updating. Besides the comfortable beds the rest of the furniture; the bathroom and the kitchen are very outdated and not very hygienic. The service staff was very helpful. The lobby and the concierge that are run by the Crown Plaza Hotel were also very helpful and courteous. The grounds of the hotel are beautifully kept. The café Essence located in the hotel served excellent coffee; the staff were always friendly and extremely helpful, especially Steve.

“So bad, they kept my money”

I double booked my room and when I noticed the day I arrive, they didn´t want to cancel one of the two rooms. They also gave me a discount card with one free drink at the restaurant and when I made my order and show the card for my drink, they told me it is not included. Finally a very bad experience.
