“Sheraton Presidente”

I would recommend this hotel highly. It is warm in San Salvador so take your swimming suit. We walked around the Zona Roja and had a delicious snack of Ceviche. We breakfasted at the hotel which was very elegant. We stayed only one night as we had a flight out the following day. I am returning to San Salvador and have already made my reservation.

We will definitely be back - this hotel had everything we needed, great service, great food, great pool, hotel gym and massage services for $17! We loved staying on the club level - food and drinks and service was excellent!

Five Star Hotel with great service, comfortable and clean rooms, resort like atmosphere with large pool and waterfall, putting green, great green lush garden areas, if you are lucky you will even see some wild fauna in the huge gardens within the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton, but had just spent time at a Westin, so it is hard to compare. The executive level was not as friendly or nice as others that we have seen.

Well it was my first time there, the hotel is old, the rooms need to be updated, like get new flat screen tvs and the bathroom looks old. The prices on the room service menu are extremely high and on top of it it says at the bottom of the menu "for your convinience we automatically add ten percent for service and two dollars plus for delivery", I mean is this a joke?, a tip is when the service provided was beyond good, I live in las vegas and I work in the hotel casino industry and we don't even do that here. The pool is beautiful, its a paradise. The front desk and lobby area is like a sauna, its hot and sticky, I wouldn't stay there, although the employees are great and were always nice, I think that for the price and star rating it should be better.
